I shipped my non-functioning 1980's generation Gucci watch off to SWS to be repaired (with some…read moretrepidation). It was returned to me 44 days later. To say that I am pleased with its repair & condition would be an understatement. And the cost was very reasonable. It also arrived set to Pacific Daylight Time! Most of all I am beyond impressed by SWS's customer service especially in today's business environment. I had contacted a number of watch repair businesses including in L.A. & San Francisco & none bothered to respond. An internet search for Gucci watch repair in Canada led me to SWS. After receiving my watch & having his watchmaker evaluate it, Bill contacted me via email with a couple of options along with his recommendation for the best option (actually the least costly) to restore its functionality. A new Swiss movement, new circuit & coil were installed. The customer service I experienced from Bill should be a template for other businesses. I will be emphatic in recommending SWS watch repair services whenever the opportunity arises. It has been a great pleasure doing business with Bill & Swiss Watch Services. K.L.L. Vancouver Island

Even had my piece send to Omega Switzerland and back , they wanted me to purchase a new band , they did not even try to repair it. Could not be bothered. The company takes a personal interest in what it is you want to have done and they repair a broad range of pieces. You will get an honest review and costing for your piece upfront. Theif response time is quick and their pricing is very reasonable. SWS is the GOTO Company for all your watch repairs and concerns.

Alex did a great job on my Bulova. Its a relatively new watch that needs the inner crystal cleaned…read more I went in twice, first time to get a quote and second time for the actual repair after some time. Anyways, the first time I walked into the store, Alex greeted me with a friendly hello and ask what I can be helped with. After explaining my situation, he gave me an honest recommendation saying he will gladly do the cleaning, BUT he does not recommend it due to moisture going into the watch. Afterwards, I came back the second time and did the repair regardless of the moisture. I gave my watch to him, and after 3-4 days, I came back to pick it up. He returned the watch in absolute pristine condition. Better than the day I purchased it. Pros: - Alex is very knowledgeable regarding watches and clocks - also, provided me with professional advice and recommendations - very professional regarding repairs - Authorized dealer for many brands Cons: - He charges I believe $8 for a battery change. Seems a bit more then some other watch repair stores, but it certainly is not expensive. Other than that, there isn't really any cons. Conclusion: I recommend it. He is very respective regardless of what you own and very professional when it comes to opening up your watch for repairs. Cheers

I have owned my Fossil hybrid smartwatch for roughly eight years. My watch was a year old when I…read moreslipped on some ice and landed pressing my left hand against the pavement to break my fall. My watch ended up with a small chip on the crystal (glass) face just over the number 4. Last Thursday, I took off my watch to take a shower. I came back and noticed that I had a huge crack on the crystal from the number 9 to the number 4. I never dropped my watch. Maybe it got stressed out over a temperature or humidity change? It's the only thing that I can think of that would have caused this crack to happen. Anyway, I needed to get my watch fixed. I could feel the crack when I ran my finger over the glass. I did a quick search and found Maison Sadat. It had high ratings on Google and was a ten-minute drive from my home. I drove over to this store after work last Friday. It's in a small plaza. I found a parking spot in front of the store and backed into it. I then headed into the store. This store has two businesses in one: - Koochi Jewelry - Maison Sadat The former seemed to dominate this space. I saw a lot of chunky costume jewellery, including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and more. I also saw tights and handbags for sale. A man and woman were sitting behind a desk. The man was the watch expert. The woman had extremely great customer service skills. They worked well together. I indicated that the glass face on my watch had a crack. He immediately reassured me by saying that he could fix it. He also quoted $40 for the fix before taxes. Cool! He asked whether my watch worked. It did. He looked at the time on it and said that it wasn't working. I insisted that it did. He had to check his phone's time against what my watch said. Yep, it worked. The woman asked for my name and phone number. I provided it. She gave me a number associated with my order. The man said that he'd call me when my watch was fixed -- either Saturday or Monday. The store is closed on Sundays. I am a pretty patient person. I sometimes feel that I'm way too patient for my own good. Saturday and Monday came and went. I didn't get a call. On Tuesday morning, just after 10 am, I called the store and spoke to the man. It was difficult hearing him after asking if my watch was ready. He said to come pick it up in the afternoon. I was happy, but also felt that maybe he had forgotten about it and decided to fix it before I arrived at the store? I don't know. I got a better sense of how busy he is when I dropped by at 4:30 pm. He was talking on the phone while walking in a corridor of the store. It's likely why I had a tough time hearing him. He handled two phone calls while he managed to ask me what I thought of his work when the woman handed my watch to me. He's a busy guy. He is also extremely skilled at fixing watches. I was impressed by how great my watch looked. It felt like I had a brand new watch! I was a happy camper. He asked that I write a review. I'm assuming that he was referring to doing a Google one, but I'm not on that platform. Instead, my review is here. He did a wonderful job replacing the crystal on my watch. With tax, paying $45 for this fix was a bargain. I paid with a credit card. The transaction was smooth. The woman was nice and pleasant. Her customer service skills were stellar. His were good, but she excelled in comparison. I hope that you don't need to get your watch fixed. However, if you do, I highly recommend coming here. It is a small business, so call him to see if your watch is ready. He's a busy guy with fine watch-fixing skills. (174)

Most of the batteries died, this was late spring, when i called, they said their watch repairman was on vacation till August. Their first response was they challenged my integrity, and as well as they also do not guarantee the life span of the batteries. They did not ask for my name or cell # The shop is out of my way, only went there re the reviews. They are scammers, and I do not have the time for them to question me that it was not their batteries and sit there as they open one by one. This is a lesson to be learned .very disappointe, i guess you get what you pay for.
