I was told the limo ride comes with ice and bottled water and that the driver would arrive 10 minutes prior to our designated pickup time. The driver was fantastic, arrived early, was very nice and got us to our destination on time. He did the same for the ride home. The hummer h2 itself was not equipped with any glasses, ice or water. The carpet was dirty. They advertised that it seats close to 18 but our group of 12 were squashed. It would have been nice to be given instructions on how to use the tv or music but nothing was written inside. Looking at my receipt I was charged for an 18 passenger but got a 14 passenger. When I got out I asked about the water and the driver said it was inside in the cooler. When we finished up, we went back into the limo and there was nothing. Be sure to check what your getting. Update: I have 12 witnesses who will agree that there was no water in that limo. I'm not sure why this company would flat out lie.

Ive been riding Reston buses with my university for now four years…read more I can say with confidence that I DO NOT RECOMMEND any Reston buses for any group. The people are fine the drivers are friendly that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one. There's always something wrong with the buses. Either it's broken WiFi, broken bathrooms, dirty floors, breaking down, or catching on fire. As I write this my group is dealing with a blown tire on one of the buses trying to come back from a trip. At minimum 1/3rd of all trips have had some failure that has resulted in severe delays and a bus being taken down. I wish they were isolated but over four years it's a trend. Edit on the course of this trip another bus died on the side of the road. Updating review to one star.

It is with profound appreciation that I post this review to express my sincere thanks and gratitude…read moreto Khalil and Reda who I found to be the most professional and courteous souls in the transportation industry. While I've hired other agencies in the past, Tangier Transportation certainly raised the bar. And, as a grumpy, aging geezer, I am not easily impressed. My lifelong buddy, whose daughter is my God-Daughter, chose Tangier for transportation to and from a hotel and her wedding venue nearby in Rixeyville, VA. He did the research before he chose Tangier and, as I demanded to cover the cost for this service, I did additional research. OK. So online, Tangier seemed to be a good bet. I could NOT have been more pleased. My conversations with Khalil both before and after the event were, believe it, enjoyable. He is easy to work with and most attentive to the needs of his clients. His "day after" call to make certain everything was to our liking was not surprising given my previous conversations with him. I will ever recall Khalil mentioning how Tangier drivers do not show up "on time". They show up well ahead of time to ease the jitters that always come when hiring such a service. Well .... Our driver, Reda, arrived to the hotel well before the clock started ticking. And was he a delight! Polished and professional, he attended to every variant we introduced into our scheduled runs to/from the event. The 28 passenger shuttle he piloted appeared to be brand new! For sure, Reda represented the perfect "face" of this organization. And I shall never forget that smile! Ever. Finally, and I must say this, Tangier has a really good thing going here and I will ever remember them for future transportation needs. And you should, too. You will not be disappointed. Benjamin B.
