My son was flying to DC from college in NY, to work/intern there for the semester…read more (Not for the orange regime) He was traveling with 2 big suitcases, a carry on and a backpack. Carrying everything he would need to brave the winter. I am in CA. When he got off plane, I wanted to make sure he had help with all the luggage. After some internet searching, and not being impressed with what DC had to offer in reliability, I found Arnow Transportation. The reviews highlighted their reliability. I didn't want my son to be waiting around with all his stuff on a curb because of a tardy driver or not showing up at all. I called Arnow, owner, Maryann answered. She was very friendly and reassuring that she would be in touch with my son every step of the way to pick up, so he would know she would be there. (She updated me as well) I could not be more grateful and pleased with Maryann and her incredible service. Her service is a LBGTQ+ ally. If you are traveling to DC, and you need a car service, this is the service you want to pick you up. Highly recommend.

It is with profound appreciation that I post this review to express my sincere thanks and gratitude…read moreto Khalil and Reda who I found to be the most professional and courteous souls in the transportation industry. While I've hired other agencies in the past, Tangier Transportation certainly raised the bar. And, as a grumpy, aging geezer, I am not easily impressed. My lifelong buddy, whose daughter is my God-Daughter, chose Tangier for transportation to and from a hotel and her wedding venue nearby in Rixeyville, VA. He did the research before he chose Tangier and, as I demanded to cover the cost for this service, I did additional research. OK. So online, Tangier seemed to be a good bet. I could NOT have been more pleased. My conversations with Khalil both before and after the event were, believe it, enjoyable. He is easy to work with and most attentive to the needs of his clients. His "day after" call to make certain everything was to our liking was not surprising given my previous conversations with him. I will ever recall Khalil mentioning how Tangier drivers do not show up "on time". They show up well ahead of time to ease the jitters that always come when hiring such a service. Well .... Our driver, Reda, arrived to the hotel well before the clock started ticking. And was he a delight! Polished and professional, he attended to every variant we introduced into our scheduled runs to/from the event. The 28 passenger shuttle he piloted appeared to be brand new! For sure, Reda represented the perfect "face" of this organization. And I shall never forget that smile! Ever. Finally, and I must say this, Tangier has a really good thing going here and I will ever remember them for future transportation needs. And you should, too. You will not be disappointed. Benjamin B. I had a great experience recently with Ballston Limo so let me tell you about it…read more.. I wanted to switch things up for my bday and at my old age, sometimes you can get a little stuck trying to figure out how to keep things fresh. I was entertaining an outing with friends that required a bit of a drive and thought it might be fun to rent an classic limo - like one we had back in the day for prom. Very often when I go with friends to wineries or day trips, everyone gets the sprinter vans now and it's just a slightly different experience. So I did request a quote for businesses nearby that might be able to accomodate my group, only a week in advance. While I number of businesses reached back out to me with quotes, I quickly learned that fewer companies have these classic stretch limos in their fleet. Ballston not only got back to me quickly, but was also available to hop on a call first thing that morning. Because there was some transparency on rates after seeing a number of quotes, I felt confident that their quote was fair and felt good moving forward with locking it in after reviewing logistics. The day of my birthday, the driver arrived on time and was great throughout the 6 hours he was booked. (Three of those hours we were inside eating brunch but he also worked with us to extend our time when we asked if we could drop by one more place before heading back from Baltimore!) Overall it was such a fun and memorable birthday. Thanks so much to Ballston Limo for helping to make it so special!
