We had some last minute additions and she was very accommodating and efficient. Once we were picked up by our driver, Natalie, we were on our way. She was timely and communicated with me ahead of time. Additionally, she was accommodating to my demanding group who needed temperatures adjusted (this was early August) and music selections (she asked if anyone had a playlist). All of the vineyards were immaculate. The last vineyard had not updated their records to reflect our late additions, but that was not on DiVine. Without exaggeration, we laughed throughout the day, had so much fun, and felt thoroughly at ease because we didn't need to worry about driving. We could just sit back and enjoy the day, and we did just that. My book club is going to spend a day with Vino Virginia and I can't wait. The people are fine the drivers are friendly that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one. There's always something wrong with the buses. Either it's broken WiFi, broken bathrooms, dirty floors, breaking down, or catching on fire. As I write this my group is dealing with a blown tire on one of the buses trying to come back from a trip. At minimum 1/3rd of all trips have had some failure that has resulted in severe delays and a bus being taken down. I wish they were isolated but over four years it's a trend. Edit on the course of this trip another bus died on the side of the road. Updating review to one star.
