His professionalism put you at ease and made you feel like a true executive/VIP. He kept us posted along the timeline up to arrival at the pickup spot. He looked like a VIP himself and the Lincoln Navigator was immaculate. We rolled on. Mr. Andre was all about his customer being that we had to make a pit stop at a friend's house so he could dress down also. In talking to him while we waited, it's as if Mr. Andre and I had known each other for years. We jammed to all my old school favorites and his head was bobbing to the tunes in sync with ours. I hadn't done a drive through downtown DC when it's live and he knew all the spots. Throngs of folks lined the joints where he took us. Mr. Andre would drop us off and he would find somewhere to wait for us while we partook in the nightlife. It was going swell until my friend hit his limit. On the way to another spot, he fell ill. I was entertaining an outing with friends that required a bit of a drive and thought it might be fun to rent an classic limo - like one we had back in the day for prom. Very often when I go with friends to wineries or day trips, everyone gets the sprinter vans now and it's just a slightly different experience. So I did request a quote for businesses nearby that might be able to accomodate my group, only a week in advance. While I number of businesses reached back out to me with quotes, I quickly learned that fewer companies have these classic stretch limos in their fleet. Ballston not only got back to me quickly, but was also available to hop on a call first thing that morning. Because there was some transparency on rates after seeing a number of quotes, I felt confident that their quote was fair and felt good moving forward with locking it in after reviewing logistics. The day of my birthday, the driver arrived on time and was great throughout the 6 hours he was booked. I don't drive into the DC area, so this was a godsend for me. Jason was extremely kind when I kept adding another passenger or trip. The drivers were courteous and kept on top of their flight status and communicated with them. Booking the tour was easy, I did it all on their webpage. Communication prior to event with DiVine staff member Amy was clear and concise. I was confident in the plan , the lunch orders, the schedule etc. I love how the tour made the day easy and relaxing for us! Melissa picked us up promptly at our AirBnb Cottage. Our first stop was Zephaniah Winery. It is a sweet and gorgeous family operated business. The family is super friendly and amazing! We adored talking to Bonnie! She shared about the history and also we admired her colorful flowers she has planted all around. The wines at Zephaniah were exquisite! Our second stop was Williams Gap Vineyards. We had some last minute additions and she was very accommodating and efficient. Once we were picked up by our driver, Natalie, we were on our way. She was timely and communicated with me ahead of time. Additionally, she was accommodating to my demanding group who needed temperatures adjusted (this was early August) and music selections (she asked if anyone had a playlist). All of the vineyards were immaculate. The last vineyard had not updated their records to reflect our late additions, but that was not on DiVine. Pictures were taken, Natalie engaged without being creepy and communicated throughout the tour. I honestly cannot wait to do this again.
