I wanted to book a car service for an airport trip and wasn't very happy with any of the rates I…read morereceived. Most of those rates did not include tax & any city-imposed aiport fees. However, when I contacted SJ Limo Service, I was advised that the quoted rate included both tax & any fees and was still more reasonable than any other service I had previously contacted. At that point, I was ready to book. We needed a round trip transfer from Campbell to SJC for a week's vacation in Hawaii. I called Thursday, we left Saturday. I gave the address (no directions) and what time we needed to be picked up. Balthazar Romero (the owner) was on time and the sedan was clean & shiny. He assisted us with our three bags, two fly rods, he asked me for our return flight number and asked that I call him when we land. Off we went...returning one week later, at 9:35pm on a Saturday. Once at baggage claim, I called Balthazar, who was currently waiting for us in the cell phone lot at the airport. I told him we were in baggage claim & he said he would be waiting at the curb by the time we had our bags. Outside we went and there he was in the clean & shiny sedan with bottles of water for us! Once we arrived at the house, we paid him in cash, although he can also accept a credit card payment. He assisted us with the bags again, I asked him for a few business cards, he shook both our hands and we said goodnight. 10 minutes later, I receive a text message with a receipt for my payment! Gotta love technology! We will definitely be using this service again, both for business and pleasure trips. It was a completely stress-free trip to and from the airport at the best possible rate I could find! Can't ask for more than that! http://www.sjlimoservice.com Check them out...for sure!

I have been planning vineyard trips for the last 4 years with a group of friends. Each year, we…read morehave used a different company and had pretty much the same bad experiences -- late, rude drivers, limos or shuttles that were in poor condition, and customer service who didn't care. This year was completely different. We had a fantastic experience with Capitol Classic. Shakeel was extremely flexible and accomodating to us in every way -- allowing me to add items to the contract to "cover" us given the bad experiences we had in the past. He knew I was nervous to book with any company, but gave me his personal word that we would have top-notch service with him and we did. The SUV limo we rented was in great condition and was clean when it arrived (early) for a 1pm pick up on Saturday. Our driver, Ricardo, was absolutely wonderful - sweet and soft-spoken and happy to oblige our vineyard trip whims. In addition, there were no hidden fees or charges (contrary to what some of the other reviews say) and the total fee was less than many of the other companies I had called and less than what I had paid in the past for a similar rental. I would highly recommend using Capitol Classic and I'd suggest requesting Ricardo as your driver. I can't speak to the other drivers at CC, but Ricardo is absolutely the best of any limo company I've used. We will definitely be using this company again next year for our vineyard trip, and we may even do two next year since our experience was so great!

The driver arrived 10 minutes early and patiently waited while I finished up a few things. The driver was very courteous and friendly. We arrived to the airport with plenty of time to spare. On my return to Dulles I decided to book with them again. I was scheduled to take a red-eye flight out of California and arrive into Dulles at 645am. The flight was overbooked and I got rebooked on a flight the next morning. I called Star at around 1am east coast time and they accommodated my change request without any trouble. The driver was waiting for me at baggage claim when I arrived and I had a pleasant drive home. Excellent service that I plan to use again. At the agreed upon time to be picked up, our whole party was in the lobby of the hotel and ready to be on our way. The car and tip was all prepaid and there should have been no issues. After 5 minutes of waiting, we found out that the driver had already left with the wrong group of people to the wedding. The driver merely asked for the last name of the party which the other group states and got into the limo. The driver did not ask for a first name, a confirmation number, or any other information to confirm that he had the right family members.
