I wanted to book a car service for an airport trip and wasn't very happy with any of the rates I received. Most of those rates did not include tax & any city-imposed aiport fees. However, when I contacted SJ Limo Service, I was advised that the quoted rate included both tax & any fees and was still more reasonable than any other service I had previously contacted. At that point, I was ready to book. We needed a round trip transfer from Campbell to SJC for a week's vacation in Hawaii. I called Thursday, we left Saturday. I gave the address (no directions) and what time we needed to be picked up. Balthazar Romero (the owner) was on time and the sedan was clean & shiny. He assisted us with our three bags, two fly rods, he asked me for our return flight number and asked that I call him when we land. Off we went...returning one week later, at 9:35pm on a Saturday. Once at baggage claim, I called Balthazar, who was currently waiting for us in the cell phone lot at the airport. I told him we were in baggage claim & he said he would be waiting at the curb by the time we had our bags. Outside we went and there he was in the clean & shiny sedan with bottles of water for us! Once we arrived at the house, we paid him in cash, although he can also accept a credit card payment. He assisted us with the bags again, I asked him for a few business cards, he shook both our hands and we said goodnight. 10 minutes later, I receive a text message with a receipt for my payment! Gotta love technology! We will definitely be using this service again, both for business and pleasure trips. It was a completely stress-free trip to and from the airport at the best possible rate I could find! Can't ask for more than that! http://www.sjlimoservice.com Check them out...for sure! read more

I own a small business in Delray Beach, Florida. Had a conference in San Jose and needed limo service from SFO to San Jose Marriott and back for three people. Googled and found a few companies. Balthasar Romero from San Jose Limo called me back immediately. Not only was he extremely professional, he gave me the best price as well. Within minutes of a verbal confirmation of pickup and drop off, i received an email confirmation for the reservation. Prior to travel i received another confirmation email confirming that I was still planning to travel to SFO. When we landed at SFO, i already had a text that he was waiting. Apparently he has a number of vehicles. We were picked up in an immaculate Mercedes sedan. Bottled water and newspaper waiting. Payment was handled efficiently by credit card and received immediate email confirmation of payment. The return trip from San Jose Marriott was just as efficient. Alen arrived 10 minutes early in a black Town Car. Again, immaculate. Alen, was also professional and friendly. No question I would highly recommend San Jose Limo service and use them again. Balthasar and his team were great. read more

You know how sometimes you find a new restaurant or service that blows you away and you just can't wait to write a 5-star review to help promote them? This is one of those times! Adolfo's was EXACTLY what I was looking for as part of a recent business trip. I needed rides to & from SFO from my home in West San Jose. These guys were FLAWLESS. E-mail confirmation, text message heads-up on my pick up, friendly, prompt, what else can I possibly say good about them??? The story is that Adolfo was part of a larger limo service (who shall remain nameless) and disagreed with his co-owner about the classic quantity vs. quality challenge. As they hired more drivers, their reputation declined. So, to protect his (very well deserved) personal reputation, Adolfo split off. With the help of his sons, they are re-building their business the RIGHT way -- by focusing on quality and customer service. If this sounds like an advertisement, it's because I was so pleased with my experience with Adolfo (and one of his sons,) that I want to advertise for them to make sure they succeed. I don't hire cars very often, but the next time I do, it will ABSOLUTELY be with Adolfo's. If you need a professional, dependable, courteous ride, don't hesitate to call these guys. Simply great. read more

I am a frequent business traveler and I won't use anyone else. This is a family operated and owned business and they treat every customer like a family member. They are on time, their cars are clean, and they always put a smile on my face. My kids love when we use them for family vacation. They make them feel so special. You can't go wrong with this family. read more

My husband and I have been using Adolfo's Limo for the past 4+ years, recommended by my neighbor who travels a lot. A family-owned business, Adolfo and his sons Ernesto and Joel are the VERY best in the Bay Area: excellent service, ultra professional, reliable/always on time/ahead of time, nice cars/limo's/SUV's, fair pricing, internet, water, newspapers, candies - all provided. Travel on time, in style and enjoy being treated "special" every ride. Thank you Adolfo! www. adolfo@adolfoslimo.com, 408-210-3919, www.adolfoslimo.com. read more

We recently moved to San Diego and I can honestly say that one of the services we miss in the Bay Area is Adolfo's Limo Service! We've used their limo MANY times in the two years we lived in Cupertino and in every single time, here is our experience: - Easy reservations - On-time pickup - Prompt and flawless communication (e-mail confirmation, pre-pickup text msg, phone call -- even during flight delays!) - Impeccable professionalism - Great conversations with Ernesto, Adolfo, and Joel (we miss you guys!) I whole-heartedly recommend them. It sounds like an exaggeration, but they truly are the VERY best in the Bay Area. read more

Fantastic service, always on time, polite, friendly. their quick response to text messaging makes getting to and from the airports stress free. Being a retired Firefighter I really enjoy and admire their safe driving style. I wish they had services in Europe. We have been using San Jose Limo Service for 5 years now. We are looking forward to many more relaxing rides. read more

We booked a limo for pretty much the entire day, our driver arrived on time and got us from destination to destination without a hitch he was very attentive to any requests that we had. The Limousine itself was modern classy and clean with party lights and blue tooth- it was a fun memorable evening. If the need should arise again I would definitely use Balthazar Limo again. read more

I've used San Jose Limo Service, operated by Balthazar Romero, on several occasions for rides to the San Jose Airport. His drivers are on time, and sometimes even a few minutes early, and they are always courteous and helpful. Definitely better than the stress of driving and long-term parking. If there were a rating higher than five stars I would give it. Check out http://www.sjlimoservice.com/Home_Page.php or call 408.759.2776. You won't be disappointed. read more

Define what customer service should be. Adolfo and family run a tight ship, they are always early, cheerful, helpful and friendly. Great with adults and kids alike (the only limo with Starbursts). We've thrown out all other phone numbers for getting to the airports! read more

I used to use Adolofo's services when he was with his previous company, and for some reason, lost contact when he moved. But boy, am I glad I found him again. I recently took a ride with him on my way back via SFO to SJ, and his service is as impeccable as I remembered it to be. No hassles from the time I booked to the time I reached my home - very efficient and professionally executed. Drive was smooth, car was clean and fully equipped, wifi in the car to work/surf accordingly, and good conversations to while the time away, and all at extremely competitive pricing too! Can't beat this and I agree wholeheartedly witht he rest of reviews - highly recommended! read more

Booked for the first time Christmas Day for a 4:45am pick up the following morning. Answered the phone and booked the ride with no fuss. Adolfo picked us up right on time. Great service, super courteous, free upgrade to a new SUV since he was worried we might have too much luggage. Price to SFO was less than other firms. Local, family run firm. What's not to like? I will use these guys exclusively from now on. Highly recommended. read more

5 Stars as good as it gets! Adolfo and team do a great job, we have been using them for the last few years and they never have missed a pickup, are always on time and are very professional. I go to and from the airports (SJC and SFO) a lot. I used this service last week and was hugely impressed! It's a locally-owned small business (a father and his two sons, along with extras as needed). The reservations can be made online which makes it convenient, the car was clean inside and out and the driver was very professional and courteous to us. I would use them again in a heartbeat and will highly recommend them. In our case, I came out of customs much faster than my husband, and Joel, the driver, was happy to drive around the block a few times without complaining until my husband showed up. He was great. So this is ideal if you want a professional family-oriented service, with people who understand great customer satisfaction. read more

Always prompt, comfortable cars, friendly drivers who focus on the road and leave you in peace.

Balthazar runs a top notch service. Our flight was delayed twice, evidently he tracked the flight because he was on time and ready for us. Great communication via texting confirmation of pick up. Water waiting in the car after a long dehydrating flight was a welcome sight. The trip from SJO to San Francisco was fast and efficient. I'll keep his number for our next trip for sure! read more
