Only thing is, they wouldn't service a pickup point within the 30 mile radius without extorting additional fees, because the "driving distance" was more than 30 miles. "Radius" means "a straight line from the center to the circumference of a circle or sphere." Driving distance is never the same as straight line distance, obviously, so the terms of the offer (which the customer has no part in drafting or negotiating) are misrepresented to induce the customer to making the advance purchase, and only find out after the company has their money that they find out the truth. This is fraud, plain and simple. Transgap is a fraud and should not be trusted with any commercial transaction.
