Doing so was considerably less expensive than a premium rideshare, and Sam gave me the pick of his fleet. (I went with the SUV.) Sam was on time, communicative, friendly, and a smooth driver. We had prearranged a Supershuttle to take us back home. The guy who picked us up started out nice, but quickly showed his true colors shining through. I learned that night that if you want the cheap rate of using Supershuttle, you will be either picking up various customers at various locations before going to the airport. The same can be said if you are going home from the airport. Our driver started getting bitchy and his attitude got worse. He was rude to several passengers and ended up getting lost. One passager wished us the best of luck as she got out of the vichele. She did not tip the guy. A middle finger is what he got. When we finally got to our second home, we did not tip the guy either. When the drive acts like an ass and tell you to "shut the front foor." a royal ass wipping came mind. My short temper remained in tacked, but oh it would have been nice to watch him fly through the air and come down hard upon a bear. The bear would get mad and Jack would get off...okay I am losing sight of what I was talking about. In short, after experiencing what Supershuttle had to offer, we took taxi or used the subway to get to the airport. Never again.

Ive been riding Reston buses with my university for now four years…read more I can say with confidence that I DO NOT RECOMMEND any Reston buses for any group. The people are fine the drivers are friendly that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one. There's always something wrong with the buses. Either it's broken WiFi, broken bathrooms, dirty floors, breaking down, or catching on fire. As I write this my group is dealing with a blown tire on one of the buses trying to come back from a trip. At minimum 1/3rd of all trips have had some failure that has resulted in severe delays and a bus being taken down. I wish they were isolated but over four years it's a trend. Edit on the course of this trip another bus died on the side of the road. Updating review to one star.

Both times have been positive experiences, and I plan to use them again for my wedding! Booking: They respond to emails quickly, and I've never had issues with communication. I can be a little uptight when double checking details (especially for group events!) but the manager Jeeth has always been really nice about it. The first time I used Ramjay for the limo, I shopped around for prices - they were asking a significantly less than other companies! The second time I just went with them because of my prior experience, and the price seemed fair. Drivers: Drivers have been professional and on time. One driver had an accent and I struggled at times to understand him, but he was really friendly and didn't seem to mind me asking him to repeat himself! He got us where we wanted to go, so in the end, I think it's a pretty minor thing. Vehicles: The limo was perfect for our NYE adventure, while the Sprinter was a classy and convenient way to get to Leesburg from Arlington. Both were well-kept from the outside and clean on the inside. Also, they were both black which is a preference of mine. Overall, great service at a really reasonable price. Highly recommended!

It is with profound appreciation that I post this review to express my sincere thanks and gratitude…read moreto Khalil and Reda who I found to be the most professional and courteous souls in the transportation industry. While I've hired other agencies in the past, Tangier Transportation certainly raised the bar. And, as a grumpy, aging geezer, I am not easily impressed. My lifelong buddy, whose daughter is my God-Daughter, chose Tangier for transportation to and from a hotel and her wedding venue nearby in Rixeyville, VA. He did the research before he chose Tangier and, as I demanded to cover the cost for this service, I did additional research. OK. So online, Tangier seemed to be a good bet. I could NOT have been more pleased. My conversations with Khalil both before and after the event were, believe it, enjoyable. He is easy to work with and most attentive to the needs of his clients. His "day after" call to make certain everything was to our liking was not surprising given my previous conversations with him. I will ever recall Khalil mentioning how Tangier drivers do not show up "on time". They show up well ahead of time to ease the jitters that always come when hiring such a service. Well .... Our driver, Reda, arrived to the hotel well before the clock started ticking. And was he a delight! Polished and professional, he attended to every variant we introduced into our scheduled runs to/from the event. The 28 passenger shuttle he piloted appeared to be brand new! For sure, Reda represented the perfect "face" of this organization. And I shall never forget that smile! Ever. Finally, and I must say this, Tangier has a really good thing going here and I will ever remember them for future transportation needs. And you should, too. You will not be disappointed. Benjamin B. I tried Google and yep of course to look up and research different companies in the area that would service the DMV. Needless to say DCPath kept coming up and so I reached out to see if this would be an option for our special event. I sent them an email with some specifics and received a quote immediately. The company communicated effectively the plan of action for the special day for my daughter and my family. They also made sure everything was broken down and explain as far as terms and conditions. On the day of services are driver arrived 15 minutes early and advised via text that they were outside waiting. When we came out the driver was very cordial and also helpful in getting everything that we needed for the entire day loaded into the sprinter that we rented. The sprinter was very clean and up-to-date. Once we were all loaded into the sprinter the driver got us to the arena very safely and early. During the day we went to several stops before returning home later that night. The entire day was absolutely perfect thanks to DC path and our driver.
