I called to inquire about renting their sprinter limo and was taken aback by the person who answered the phones attitude. She just was not very friendly but I overlooked it. On my first call she let me know that the vehicle I was inquiring about was rented for the date I wanted. I called back about 2 hours later to see if any of the other sprinters were available and again her attitude was completely off putting. She acknowledged that we spoke early and she told me it was booked. Of course I understand that but you offer 3 different versions of the sprinter van, so was I to assume they were all booked and not call back? I'm not sure if this person realizes that I was trying to spend money with them, or maybe business is just so good that they don't care but either way I let her know on the phone that I would book with One of their competitors. I wouldn't give them a dime of my money with someone like her answering the phone. Why go into customer service if you don't actually want to provide customer service? Also, some advice from someone with over 20 years in the field. If someone inquires about a product and it is unavailable, try assessing their needs and telling them what is available. Y'all need to get her off your phones immediately. It's a hard no for me! read more

Amazing!!! My 16 yr old and 6 of her friends just enjoyed a really special evening in dc limo's luxury Mercedes sprinter van. Their driver, Leo, was very respectful and accommodating - even driving them for fast food on the way to their destination. Leo was on time and patiently showed the kids how to operate the amenities of their ride :). The owner generously recommended a different vehicle than I requested, saying they would have more fun in the sprinter. The evening was beyond priceless... a wonderful 16th birthday memory that will last forever. Thank you!!!! read more

I had a special event to attend and used this car service for my guest. I had several special requests and the driver (Abel) was extremely accommodating and helpful in ensuring that the night went smoothly (including, but hardly limited to, being appropriately communicative to me re: pickup etc.) and that his passenger (my guest) felt special and pampered. He was the consummate professional, he was personable, and he was considerate. I trusted someone special to their care and they delivered. I have the utmost confidence in DC Limo and Car given the truly outstanding service of Abel and, so, will undoubtedly be using their services again. They are now, by far, my preferred provider of limo and car services. (I have used others on multiple occasions.) I would be remiss if I did not also note that each time I contacted their offices by phone, the staff was always personable, informative, and helpful. Unfortunately, i left a very valuable item in the limo and their service in returning was impeccable. They recognized the value of my lost item and returned it immediately. I booked a sprinter van for a bachelorette weekend get away September 13th. would like to start off by saying the service to book the limo was fairly quick considering the timing of the booking. The reason I gave this company 1 star is due the lack of professionalism from the owner.She was very rude and quite frankly very nasty when I inquired why I was charged $102 for going over 30 minutes the drop off time. THEY DO NOT PRORATE if you are 5 minutes over the time you are automatically. charged for an hour. The driver purposely drove slower dropping my party off back to our location. When I asked her why she was speaking to me in that tone she blamed the speaker phone and says " you should have read your contract, It's not my responsibility to tell you", In case you book with them please be cautious and read the fine print. We rented a sprinter van that. is $85 an hour with a 4 hour minimum not including travel time. We already paid $500 dollars with added gratuity to turn around and pay gratuity again. I used DC Limo On June 28,2013 to provide bus and car services for my daughters wedding. The car services provided were fine and delivered as promised. However I can't say the same for the bus portion. They were contracted to provide two buses from a Dulles area hotel to the wedding venue in Lessburg. The venue, rose Hill Manor, is a well k own venue and DC limo expressed no concern during the contracting process. On the evening of the wedding the buses arrived at the venue with our guests and found the lanes to the venue to be narrow with overhanging trees. Again this venue is not new to them and this condition should have been no surprise. After maneuvering into the venue driveway and unloading our guests, the drivers of the buses informed my wedding planner that they would not comeback at the end of the evening because they felt the lane was too marrow and they feared the over hanging limbs. Since we had paid for these buses for the evening the planner directed the drivers then to no leave the venue and top ark the buses in the mostly empty parking,or near by. By doing so they would have then only had to exit once. The drivers left with the buses ignoring the planner. As the evening continued there was a flurry of phone calls back and forth between the planner and DCLimo. The venue management advised they had never had any such issue with any vendor before. As the reception was nearing the end the first of two buses returned to the main road near the venue but refused to come into the driveway. That driver came into the venue and found my daughter, the bride , and informed her that they could not bring the buses in for pick up. This was the point I was brought into the issue. I then met with the driver and my planner and was essentially told by the driver we would need to walk 150 guests in the dark in formal attire nearly 1/4 of a mile to where they parked the buses. I told him that was not going to happen and that his company needed to find another way to get this done. Another member of the company then arrived and told me he was attempting to get extra cars to shuttle my guests to eir buses. Long story short those cars did not appear but the company miraculously was able to get the smaller of the two buses in and loaded. That bus left leaving us nearly 60 guests and wedding party members to shuttle to the other bus in the car I had reserved for my wife and I . After this process seemed to be taking for ever to complete the planner brought up a personal car from her stafft to make it go faster. All said and done the second bus arrived back at our hotel only 30 minutes later than planned. The following day received a call from a female member of the DCLimo managment not to apologize for the problems but too inform me we would be charged for four additional hours for the buses as their original final bill paid prior to the event didn't cover the enire period and they were adding time for the bus problem as if that was our fault. After many attempt to speak with the owner about this and receiving no response sit becameclear they had no interest in looki gore closely at their performance or lack there of. If you get a bid from this company for your event I suggest you destroy it and go to another vendor . Their business practices are clearly suspect and I would no recommend anyone do business with them. read more
