On Time Limousine absolutely deserves the highest rating possible. When I needed to book a ride for my elderly, wheelchair-bound father and his home health aide to the airport, I selected On Time -- and I was not disappointed. Jay, the proprietor and dispatcher, went above and beyond in order to make sure everything went smoothly, even personally coming to my father's home to guarantee that there were no problems loading my father and his wheelchair. They were equally outstanding for the return trip, coordinating on the fly to meet my father at the airport and get him home safely. I would absolutely use this service again -- strongest recommendation!

We had an airport pick-up with very heavy luggage. and we also had an airport drop off. In addition, I paid for a private night time several hour trip on my own to visit my 92 year old Aunt and to tour the monuments in DC. We had a fabulous visit and also I got to see monuments that were not there when I used to live in the are. With all of the unrest and protest in DC, I felt completely safe even going near the White House. Adonay was excellent, Jay was terrific and so easy to work with. I really cannot say enough good things about this company. Whether you need an airport pick up a trip to the mall or to a doctor's appointment. They will not disappoint. DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM. Ladies you will fell very safe with these two gentlemen. I had no concerns whatsoever.

I've never experienced such professional and classy service, the ride was definitely in style too! Both drivers have been clean cut, well dressed, quite professional, and super friendly to chat with on our way. One even shared a great travel app! I wanted to book a car service for an airport trip and wasn't very happy with any of the rates I…read morereceived. Most of those rates did not include tax & any city-imposed aiport fees. However, when I contacted SJ Limo Service, I was advised that the quoted rate included both tax & any fees and was still more reasonable than any other service I had previously contacted. At that point, I was ready to book. We needed a round trip transfer from Campbell to SJC for a week's vacation in Hawaii. I called Thursday, we left Saturday. I gave the address (no directions) and what time we needed to be picked up. Balthazar Romero (the owner) was on time and the sedan was clean & shiny. He assisted us with our three bags, two fly rods, he asked me for our return flight number and asked that I call him when we land. Off we went...returning one week later, at 9:35pm on a Saturday. Once at baggage claim, I called Balthazar, who was currently waiting for us in the cell phone lot at the airport. I told him we were in baggage claim & he said he would be waiting at the curb by the time we had our bags. Outside we went and there he was in the clean & shiny sedan with bottles of water for us! Once we arrived at the house, we paid him in cash, although he can also accept a credit card payment. He assisted us with the bags again, I asked him for a few business cards, he shook both our hands and we said goodnight. 10 minutes later, I receive a text message with a receipt for my payment! Gotta love technology! We will definitely be using this service again, both for business and pleasure trips. It was a completely stress-free trip to and from the airport at the best possible rate I could find! Can't ask for more than that! http://www.sjlimoservice.com Check them out...for sure!

The day before, I even called to confirm that the reservation was all set. It was and I had an email receipt and reservation number. Well, they were supposed to be here at 6:30 on Saturday. When they weren't there by 6:35, I called them. He said it would be "15 minutes - the driver is stuck in traffic". An hour later when the driver still wasn't there, the driver told me he was just told about the reservation at 7:00 (a half an hour AFTER he was supposed to be here.) To make a long story short, I kept being told "15 more minutes". After TWO HOURS, I get a call from the driver saying "he couldn't do it - sorry". The owner basically just made excuses and didn't seem too concerned about this since he would be refunding me. Thank God it wasn't my wedding or something! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It's been a full week since reviewing a public parking garage and after a flood of feverish requests for more, here ya go. LOL I was sooo super stoked about this parking garage. Never mind that there is a mess of construction just a little outside of the garage, the inside of the garage is spacious, clean, well lit and most importantly, easy to navigate. No questioning where is in and out. No risk of being stuck in there all night. Just simple, pimple. On top of that, the most amazing part was when I went to pay at the machine with my ticket, and after parking for 8 hrs my total was only $6?!? I don't know of any other public garages in the area where you can park that long for so cheap! That works out to like, $0.75 an hour! What a deal. At this rate, maybe I could become the Yelp Public Parking Garage Official? Sexy isn't it?
