The dispatcher said, "I'll have one of my drivers call you right away." He then immediately hung up on me. Even if he had my phone number from the caller ID, he still hung up without asking where I lived or wanted to go. A few minutes later I called back and got an elderly woman who was quite nasty. She said, "If he said someone will call you, then someone will call you." Then she hung up as well. By that time I had determined there was no way I'd use this company. I called another company. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. Needless to say, Waldorf Cab never called back like they said they would. For them to still be in business, they must treat other customers much better than they treated me.

I call them and get told cabs are about 15 minutes away. "Is one of them coming?" I got a great non-answer. "Is anyone coming?" "We can't tell you an eta." "Am I going to be stranded?" "We will be sending someone. Cabs are 15 minutes away." Then a few minutes later, they call and leave a message. "It's going to be an hour." An hour comes and goes. I call again. "We're still overbooked. It's going to be at least another hour." They couldn't tell me that in the first place? I had to call them. Never again.
