The products are no longer as consistent as they used to be, and I've noticed a significant drop in quality compared to what they offered in the past. I really hope management listens to longtime customers and focuses on improving quality instead of just increasing prices.

I had great experience with this limousine company! This was my first time using this limo service…read morebut I decided to go with them because of all the great reviews they had. It was my boyfriend's birthday so I decided to surprise him with a limousine to take us to our destination. The driver called me to let me know he was outside so it was the perfect surprise because I knew exactly when to tell my boyfriend to go downstairs with me (he was under the impression that I was driving lol). He thought the limo was someone else's until I let him know that it was for him! The driver held the door open for us and was very polite and respectful to us throughout the entire time that we were with him. The inside of the limo was beautiful and the lights were amazing! I'm a huge fan of lights at night. We were dropped off at the front door and before we exited the limo, the driver opened the door for us and even assisted me with getting out of the limo (I was having a little trouble since my heels were pretty long lol). The driver even gave me a courtesy call to let me know what time we should start walking back to the limo because I told them that I did not want to go over time. We had a smooth ride going back home and the driver dropped us off in front of the hotel safe and sound and opened the door for us once again. He was extremely professional and not once looked like he was tired of doing his job. I would definitely use this company again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service.

I plan to use Capitol Pro again, it was worth the carefree luxury experience!

All in all, it was a fantastic day and should I end up in the DC area again I wouldn't hesitate in using Express Transportation again. The drive to DC was extremely smooth, and during our photoshoot in the Capitol Hill area, the driver did a great job of staying near us and was always ready to drive to a different location at a moment's notice. At the end of our photoshoot, the driver took us home safe and also took our photographer home without a hitch. The price was very reasonable as well. Before the day of the photoshoot, they were very responsive to email inquiries, always providing a response within minutes. I would highly recommend using this company for anyone who needs a private car for several hours.

The only positive thing I can say is that our driver was absolutely wonderful! He was on time,…read morekind, and very professional. However, the office handling payments leaves a lot to be desired. First, when I was booking, Harry sent me a credit authorization form complete with someone else's information-credit card number and all! I immediately brought this to his attention and he barely apologized for the careless error and sent me a new form. Now, almost 4 months after my event, I realized I was just charged nearly $850. I have not booked anything else with the company and had paid my original balance in full. I called Harry who explained this was an "honest mistake." I explained that having an issue on the front end (receiving someone else's credit card info) and on the back end (being charged for an event I'm not involved with 4 months after I used the service) is not a simple "honest mistake." Harry tried to explain by telling me the customer's trip I was just charged for was for another "Katie" which made it confusing...It is clear that whatever system they are using to hold onto credit card information is not secure and at this point, I can't be sure that my card info was not also sent out to someone else. At this point, Harry has issued a refund but I am requesting a new credit card from my bank given the nature of this exchange and the uncertainty that my information was also shared. I'd avoid this service and look into other more professional vendors.
