I wish I had of looked at these reviews before booking this company to take my 6 family members to the airport. He was over 1/2 hr late, was lost and kept calling me for directions. Then he drove like a crazy person weaving in and out of traffic and making wrong turns. He also blatantly lied to people on the phone while we were in the van and told them he would pick them up in 10 minutes when we weren't even close to the airport yet and the passenger was in Annapolis! I was shocked to learn that this man -- ANDY is actually the OWNER of the company! No one to report this to. He also did not honor the quote he gave and upped the cost the day of. I will NEVER forget the day I was charged $140 to go a total of 3 miles from my house to the ford dealership to purchase my car. This was before lift and uber, i was 16. The guy arrived to my house with his BULLSHIT METER already at $40 and by the time I made it to the halfway point it was at $100. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. My senior father called this company for transport to a medical appointment today around 2:20-2:30 p.m. A cab NEVER came. My father even called several times to check on the status of his cab and was told that the cab was on their way. I called the company to speak with a supervisor, of course no supervisor was not available and someone named "Andy" said they would return my call in 30 minutes. I informed "Andy" if I did not get a call back in 30 minutes I would be notifying the Taxicab Commission, as this is a frequent issue. I will followup my post to see if "Andy" actually calls back. Just to followup. "Andy" never returned my call, which is consistent behavior from which my father experienced. Now I have spoke to other residents in the senior building that have experienced the same problem, most have disability or mobility issues. They believe the cab company does not show up if the customer only has a short ride or if the fare isn't for a certain amount. I will definitely notify the Taxicab Commission of this problem to ensure that the residents of the senior facility will not have to be subject to this issue going forward. read more

The rudest service people ever! I called to get a cab from southern Maryland to DC. The man on the phone told me "you can rent a car" and that was it. He did not have the courtesy to say he is unable to do the job or not available at the time, etc. I wonder if they are a real business or just some cover up business? read more

The only time I have ever used a taxi service. Angie picked me up within 5 minutes, she was nice and pleasant. The car was clean and I was charged a fair price. A few hours later had her pick me up again and the same great service. The owner guy who answered the phone had a foreign accent and was a little difficult to understand. They do not deserve any star. No credibility and decency. Let me describe my experience. I had a flight at 6:30am at BWI and tried to book a 4am cab the day before. Waldorf Silver cab is the nearest cab company from my address so I decided to go with them assuming they should know the area well. I filled out a reservation form but did not get a confirmation email, so I called and the person answering the phone said yes we have your reservation and we will see you at 4. This morning... 3:55--I waited in front of the house. 4:10--the cab didn't come so I called, and was told that the driver would be there shortly. 4:15--the cab was still not there and I called again but the driver answered this time. He said he would be there in 5 to 7 minutes. 4:20--I was getting impatient and called the third time to see if he's nearby, found out that he was 12 miles away, just left the cab company address. Also, this time he said my address does not come up on his GPS. First of all, the address is definitely on Google map if not in his GPS, and other people could find it just fine; second of all, if he was to pick me up at 4am like he should, this problem would have come up before 3:40. I stayed on the phone to give him directions. Keep in mind that this is an Indian guy with an accent hard to understand and a phone headset that has the sound quality of a walkie-talkie . 4:41--The cab showed up finally, 41 minutes late. My flight is at 6:30, and the airport is an hour away. I got on the cab irritated. The driver was on the phone with the woman dispatcher trying to explain why he was so late. The last straw that broke the camel's back was that the driver started to blame me for not telling him that my address might not be in his GPS, I was pissed and said "a cab company should have an updated GPS or know how to use the internet! Why didn't you call me at 3:40 to let me know you couldn't get the address so that I could give you the directions then and you would be here on time (It takes 20 minutes to get from the company address to mine) !!!" Then he accused me of having an attitude and asked me to pay right away otherwise he won't go to the airport. He was afraid that I wouldn't pay him. I tried to called the woman dispatcher but his phone rang each time. I asked to talk to the woman so that I could report this cab. I really couldn't effectively argue with this guy, he is not logical and I only understood 30% of his English. He got nervous and said "why you want to call her? she's my employee, I'm the boss", Which is a lie because he had to explain to her why he was late earlier. 4:55--he pulled the car onto the highway shoulder and stopped driving. At this time I was astonished, pulled out the credit card and got ready to pay so that I can still make the fight. Turned out he only takes cash (I saw the card reader, he was lying again). Their website indicated clearly that they accept credit card. 4:58--He got off of the highway, took me to an empty mall parking lot where a drive through bank ATM was located. He asked me to get cash from the ATM otherwise we are not going anywhere. I wanted to called the police. But still hoping that I can make the flight so I got back to the car and said I'll give you half now and the other half when you get me to the airport safely, since I don't trust him at all at this point and was worried for my safety. Of course he repeated again that he's not going anywhere till I give him the full fare. I did. He seemed relieved and cheerful. 5:12--we got back on the highway, 50 minutes away from the airport. He went on lecturing me on how I should have booked the cab 3 hours before the flight and let the driver know if the address is new blah blah blah ... same rhetorical stuff. I just kept quiet because I have nothing left to say. On the way to the airport I heard him answering phone calls of perspective customers and playing both roles of dispatcher and driver, and apparently they all have trouble understanding him. By playing the role of a dispatcher I meant he pretended that he was in the office and going to call them back when he gets in touch with the driver, which is himself. 5:53--We arrived at the airport. He said "I drive you good, right?" I didn't reply, how shameless can one be? If you are wondering, I got through the security checkpoint at 6:13 and made the flight. Luckily I don't have bags to check. But I could have been there at least half an hour early without worrying about my safety and running through airport terminal. read more

I called and arranged local transportation in the Charles County area for a set price and time. 20 minutes past the pickup time, I called to check and they said it would be another 20 minutes. If they were honest up front, I would have made other arrangements. I ended up using Yellow Cab from Waldorf, which is more up front about realistic pickup times and easier to talk to. Zero stars. I got picked up from a late movie and the driver drove around in circles in the mall parking lot saying different ways were faster and then acted like they didn't know other ways were closed off, while the fare continued to rack up. Then she took a wrong turn and eventually made a U-turn. Finally when we got to our destination, she took my $20.00 for a $10.50 fare and said she only had $7.00 for my change but that she could run to the store to get more money, effectively stealing a tip on top of the inflated fare. If someone orders a cab, they clearly need one. I put in a request for a cab to take me from a location about 25 miles from where I was, close to the headquarters of this company (so they should be familiar with the area). I received a text(unprofessional) from the dispatcher asking for the address, after clearly giving an internet request with the business address, and destination. I was told there was a 45 minute wait. An hour after this wait time, I called back to inquire a. Do received no clear answer. I received another call 15 minutes later from another driver to confirm the cab request. I was given a mileage estimate of 16 miles which is 20 minutes on 50 Mph average roads. I called 30 minutes later to see where the driver was. He faced to inform me of a need to get gas, which should have been communicated beforehand. I don't understand what type of operation this is, the prior experiences and reviews before this, or how it is profitable, but I will personally not patronize again. read more

I wish I had read these reviews before using this company. I called to arrange an early morning pickup for my family to the airport. The first person I spoke to took my information down and said someone else would call me back in a few minutes with pricing. After not receiving a call back, I called later that day to get the price and was told $80 since they were 10 pieces of luggage, at this point I specifically asked if the pickup was confirmed, the person 'confirmed' it. The day before the scheduled pickup I called again to confirm, and this person (could barely understand him) told me that my information was not in the system, so he took it down again and asked me what price was I given previously and told me the price was incorrect and he gave me a new price. He 'confirmed' the pickup was now in the system. I called back at 6pm to 'reconfirm' this. On the morning of the pickup, at 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup I had not heard anyone call for directions (I told both people that I had spoken to prior that they would have to call for directions since my residence is in a new area). The person that answered the phone when I called to inquire about the taxi driver's whereabouts told me that he was not sure and he said he would give me a call back. He called me back and told me that they will not have a van available (which is what I had requested) but someone will come with a minivan. Since one person did not know the other person's whereabouts, a second guy who was very apologetic offered to come and do the job but told me he would be running a few minutes late (at this time I thought late is better than nothing). While he was on his way, another driver called and said he was in the area but needed directions to my residence. I provided him with the directions and he showed up almost 15 minutes late. Turns out this guy is one of the owners of the company. He arrives and keeps looking at the luggage and counting it. He kept trying to fit 10 suitcases in the minivan without putting the seats down, and we stood and watched him for almost 15 minutes load and unload the bags until he said 'these are not going to fit." I could not believe what I was hearing (how stupid can this guy be?). At this point I demanded that he put the seats down and get all the bags in and my family to the airport to catch their flight. He took the longer route to the airport and then when he reached the terminal he refused to unload the bags before they paid him. He should consider himself lucky that I was not there when this happened. As a result of all of this, they barely made it in time to board the flight and was informed by the airline that their luggage will not make the flight because they have a 45 minute requirement. No problem if they were travelling domestic but since this flight was connecting them to an international flight it was a big problem since this means it will be a couple days before they get their luggage at their final destination. I will never use this joke of a cab company again. They are a bunch of unprofessional nit wits. I look forward to when Uber or Lyft starts providing services in Charles County and put these types of companies out of business. read more

If i could give half a star, i would. Two days in a row I called for a taxi to take my daughter to work. And two days we were left stranded. The first day, when i called to ask where the driver was, the owner himself had to leave to come and pick her up. She made it to her job with literally one minute to spare. The second day, the same guy took the initial call and said he'd be there. 10 minutes after the time he said he would be here, i called and a lady answered. She apologized profusely and said that this happens all the time. She was very polite on the phone and said she would leave where she was and hurry to pick up my daughter. In the meantime, the male driver called my home phone to tell me he was outside, i looked and he wasn't. So i asked what address he was at and he informed me that he was at a restaurant waiting outside. I explained that he was supposed to come to my address and take my daughter to her job and he said he couldn't because he was picking someone up from the restaurant. Not sure as to why he called me...guessing he got numbers mixed up but in turn he was admitting to me that he wasn't sure of where he was supposed to be. Don't take the run if you know you're not going to make it. The female driver showed up rather quickly and when my daughter got in the vehicle, she asked where she was going and then never spoke to her again. Oh..and i had made sure that i called fairly early for the cab, to begin with and was told very abruptly to call back closer to the time that i needed the cab. Then he hung up.
