I chose the airport car service round trip & it was amazing. Both drivers I had were very polite, gentleman & personable. I departed from Dulles Airport, the ride from my house to the airport was about an hour but it was such a smooth ride. I rode in the Mercedes S Class vehicle, I absolutely loved it. It was very spacious, clean, smelled great. The personal touches I liked was that there was hand sanitizer, tissue, water & a ballon & card as it was my birthday. That topped it for me. That was so thoughtful. I am forever a loyalty customer. Thanks so much for all your professionalism & care. Continue to serve in excellence.

Getting cleared to fly here takes a little bit of time and hassle but once you've done it it's very easy. I came across First Class Luxury Transportation Inc, and to be honest, I was a little skeptical. They had no reviews on Yelp and no social media presence, two things I usually look for. However, it turned out to be legit, and it was the best experience ever. Customer Service: 10/10!! I reached John Smith at dispatch center who was the Team Lead. He was kind, and patient, and took the time to go over all the vehicles they had for my party size. He was communicative, through text and phone and didn't miss a beat. He texted us ACCURATE pictures of the vehicles he had available and we were able to make a decision. On the day of the graduation, we were assigned Mustafa as our driver. He was prompt, helpful (we had 1 wheelchair), and took the time to explain the upcoming ride, plus the features of the sprinter van. Super friendly!!! Smooth driving and got us there and back with no issues! The van itself got sooo many compliments. Chic on the outside, luxury on the inside. It definitely had the party bus feel, but more upscale. Bluetooth hookup for music, lights, snacks, and super clean. Leather seats with table access, cup holders, and complimentary water & snacks. This van totally exceeded our expectations! John Smith & Mustafa!!! What an AMAZING experience. Can't wait to spread the word and use you all again!
