From beginning to end, everything was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free. Devonne was responsive, professional, and genuinely accommodating throughout the entire process. The bus was in immaculate condition, and he arrived on time and came prepared with thoughtful touches--complimentary ice, water, hookah, and birthday décor that really made the day feel special. His presence was the perfect balance of laid-back and attentive. He checked in on us throughout the ride to make sure everyone was having a great time (which we absolutely were!). The karaoke was a hit, the music stayed flowing, and the energy was just right the entire day. We visited three wineries, stayed perfectly on schedule, and returned without a single hiccup. Devonne truly helped make our celebration one to remember. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable ride paired with great service and great energy, I highly recommend Tru Vybez. We have been without our household goods for close to two weeks now. They have a high turnover in their dispatch and cannot keep track of their logistics. I scheduled the date for pick up to work with the day I needed delivery so I set my date with the initial dispatcher and he left the company soon after. Then the next one assured me the schedule still worked. Halfway across the country a new dispatcher called me saying he was having trouble finding drivers, after my goods were already picked up. No updates after that, I had to reach out on my own to get an update that my stuff wouldn't arrive until the end of the month. This has definitely been a case of contracting to the lowest bidder. Nobody should ever use this company out of choice.
