We have been without our household goods for close to two weeks now. They have a high turnover in their dispatch and cannot keep track of their logistics. I scheduled the date for pick up to work with the day I needed delivery so I set my date with the initial dispatcher and he left the company soon after. Then the next one assured me the schedule still worked. Halfway across the country a new dispatcher called me saying he was having trouble finding drivers, after my goods were already picked up. No updates after that, I had to reach out on my own to get an update that my stuff wouldn't arrive until the end of the month. This has definitely been a case of contracting to the lowest bidder. Nobody should ever use this company out of choice.
