I initially called another airport taxi service,one that my husband and I have used for years, however, I was so turned off by the person taking the reservation that I immediately hopped online to look for another service. I read the Yelp reviews for the Frederick Airport Connection and after making the reservations with Dan, I had faith that Dan would pick me up at the ungodly hour of 3AM. The reviewers were correct. What I liked about the service is that since I contracted him for an airport ride roundtrip, he followed up with an email which outlined all the details. From the initial phone call to the final home drop off, Dan and his company were impressive. He was on time. The cars were spotless and comfortable. He offered cold water. Dan was dressed immaculately. He was courteous and helpful. It seems that he sensed when to chat and when not to. Too much talking at 3 AM could be annoying. In addition, Dan's driving skills are excellent. I also like the fact that Dan sends or calls with a confirmation closer to the date of the pickup.The price for the service was very reasonable. Reliability, punctuality, comfort, professionalism and reasonable cost. What more can you ask for? Frederick Airport Connection is our go to transportation service to the airport or train. read more

I used Frederick Airport Connection during "Snowpocalypse" 2016. There was no way my car would make it in the snow to Dulles! I scheduled an appointment on their website, fully expecting either to be told they were booked or that their rates would be increased due to the snow emergency. I was contacted promptly by Dan and was told it wouldn't be a problem at all to pick me up. He reviewed the rates with me, which we identical to the ones listed on their site and said he would confirm with me again the day before my flight. My flight did get cancelled, but rescheduled for the same day. I let Dan know and he quickly rescheduled me. I usually panic about getting to the airport on time, but this was very stress free. I can't say enough how professional and courteous Dan is. He made the whole trip a more pleasant experience. It's hard to find a business these days that actually does what they say they will do. PUNCTUAL, POLITE, RELIABLE, NICE VEHICLE, & GREAT PRICE!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I had a flight out of IAD at 6am on a Friday, I called on Thursday at 5pm to see if they'd be able to pick me up at my hotel in Frederick, MD at 3am. To my surprise, they were available! Not only were they available last minute, they also offered a cheaper price than several other Shuttle/Taxi companies I've called. Dan arrived on time and offered assistance with getting my luggage down from the second floor, I didn't have much so I said no thanks. When I got into the car, there was gum and a bottle of water in the center console for me! I've never had such amazing service. Dan, the owner was very polite and an excellent driver. While visiting Frederick, Dan picked me up and took me to BWI for a Monday morning flight. He's courteous and keeps a nice ride, with flexible scheduling. He knows the area well, and got me there with plenty of time. I was so happy with the service, I scheduled him to pick me up at BWI on Thursday and bring me back. Travel is stressful enough, it's a relief to have a professional handle getting me to my flight on time. I'll add that my in-laws have used Frederick Airport Connection in the past to handle transportation to and from the Airport. Since my father-in-law has mobility issues and uses a walker, it's important to have a good driver with a vehicle that can move him easily. I am a rather inexperienced traveler from Montana. When I came to visit friends in Walkersville MD, my friends had to hire Dan's service to get me from BWI to their home in Walkersville. Before I deplaned, Dan had already texted me to let me know that he was waiting at my baggage claim and was holding a sign with my name. The car was clean, the services promised were provided, Dan was early, courteous and made me feel at ease. The best part of my ride was visiting with Dan about the area. I have been traveling to DC-MD areas from time to time on business trips and have been using his service for quite some time even before he formally established his shuttle service firm. I unexpectedly had to find a ride from a residence in Frederick to BWI during a trip to Maryland, and was lucky enough to find the Frederick Airport Connection. Scheduling was simple and I received a text to confirm my reservation details the day before my scheduled ride. I was visiting a friend in Maryland and needed a ride to Dulles Airport, as I live in CA. A friend recommended Frederick Airport Connection, and I'm really glad I took her advice. They made a commitment to pick up my son and his daughter yesterday and they followed through despite his flight being delayed from a 3:40 p.m. arrival and not getting in until after midnight. They went well and above expectations and waited at the airport until they finally had to swap that driver out with someone else because he'd been there for over 6 hours waiting. We have only been in the area for about 6 weeks but have used these guys twice, less expensive than super shuttle and every bit as reliable. Dan and company are dependable and punctual, and they were undeterred by the condition of the roads out here right after the 50 year storm. They were running a few minutes late, but were quick to contact us and let us know how far out they were. Both my flights were at very early mornings and both times Dan picked me up at scheduled time and was very punctual.
