    Hired this company for shuttle service for a wedding paid for 10 hours. They dropped off guests & left for 6 hours. wont refund

    Used this company to get a 34 passenger van for shuttle service for my daughters wedding as well as a 14 passenger van for pickup/drop off service before and after the wedding. The van did the job fine before and after however the 34 passenger bus dropped off guests for the 5pm wedding and was not seen again until 11pm. We had many guests ready to leave beginning at 8:30pm one even being sick and needing the transportation that we had told all guests would be available to them. I called their office to find out about the driver and was told he should be there to use however we saw fit for transportation. They texted me the drivers number. I assumed they would also contact him but I called the driver and informed him we had a sick guest and multiple other guests that needed rides to the local hotels. He still never returned until 11pm. So none of the wedding guests were able to use the service and I had to have one guest take multiple trips to a local hotel to drive people back that had drank thinking we had transportation to safely drive them back to their hotel. I tried for 6 weeks to contact the company to remedy this so I didnt have to publicly post something because I didnt want to have to do that. I had hoped they would do the right thing and come up with a solution that would be agreeable by us both. After 6 weeks I finally called and asked for the owner even tho I had previously emailed with her as well. She did not seem in any way ready to fix this situation just kept telling me to contact the same guy Ive tried to contact for 6 weeks. I have screenshots of the times I called the office and driver and she still acted like I was lying about it. She finally contacted the grooms mother and offered a 1 hour refund of $140. This is unacceptable as we paid about $1800 for this vehicle and for 6 hours the bus was MIA and nowhere to be found to provide service to my guests. I wish they would have been more willing to make this right so I didnt have to go this route. Let me also say that my name is on the contract as the client. The other parent is not happy with the outcome and filing a complaint with her credit card company..if there was ever any questions I should have been contacted. I also called the driver that evening as well as the office to let them know we had people waiting for rides and the driver still showed up at 11pm even though they were contacted to let them know we needed him there to transport. Its hard to have a shuttle service when your driver is not there to provide shuttle service. For a company that tries hard to make customers happy as you say...you have 18 one star reviews out of 34..... hmmmmmm interesting. Wish I had checked this out before I booked with them

    I truly believe it is necessary at this point in time for every individual, as well as every company, esp in the service industry, to follow ALL rules to prevent the spread of COVID. A Touch of Class Limousine located in Maryland DOES not follow guidelines, at least with one particular driver! "James" picked my daughter up for a 2 + hour drive and stated to her he does NOT wear a mask because of the fogging up of his corrective lenses...then proceeded to ask if she liked country music which she made an assumption would be on the radio,she replied "yes",then he started singing for the next 2 hours, all while not wearing a mask! My daughter followed all protocols and respectfully wore her mask the whole ride! I left a nice voicemail at the company with my complaint about Covid protocol not being followed, and letting them know their driver should get tested immediately, as my daughter came up positive for Covid. The company did not reply at ALL! I followed up 5 days later with an email and finally received a response that the issue was addressed but because of privacy issues could not be discussed further! I did not ask for any information to invade anyone's privacy, I left a voicemail and email to express my concerns and their answer was an email reply 5 days later, totally unprofessional and honestly rude in their late email reply! I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for a car service! It was my understanding for the safety of my daughter that the Covid protocol would be followed at it was obviously not!!!! Privacy concerns on my part was not an issue, but obviously they have something to hide if "privacy" means you cannot respond to a clients voicemail within 24 hrs especially if that customer has a valid complaint!

    A BRIDE'S NIGHTMARE!!!! Please, take a second and only imagine the chilly feeling going down my spine as I watch my beautiful limo stop slowly on the side of the road as we are about to enter the highway, heading towards my very expensive 4 hour reception. Our driver Tony had been nothing but EXCEPTIONAL with us. Such professionalism and kindness, punctual, and helpful but not even the greatest customer service could wipe away my tears as I crossed the street to the nearest gas station on my WHITE, LONG DRESS to call a cab. Tony told us that the nearest limo was 45 minutes away in Virginia, while our reception was in Baltimore. Two complete opposite ends. The limo broke down and the wait for the cabs delayed us a whole hour to our reception but I remained semi-calm after ordering the two cabs. I had hope that the company will come thru the next day with a full refund and a cover of our two cabs which added up to $140 dollars. We called the next day asking to speak to the manager and were greeted with the following statement: " Our supervisor is aware of the situation. He is very busy and will call you back." We never received a call back until 2 weeks after the incident when my husband had to write a very direct email demanding for a call back. We were then emailed back with someone stating that they were completely unaware of the situation. HOW does a limo breakdown in your company and you have no idea about it? This whole incident made us feel like our experience was completely unimportant and irrelevant to their concern. When you're getting married every single, minute counts. My whole night was ruined after I arrived to the reception. I could not eat because I had to rush to take pictures with all of my guests. I was unable to actually enjoy the company of my family and friends because most of them left right after dinner. Most of them were visiting from out of the country/state and were catching flights the next day. This limo company will never be able to give me back those memories, and from the initial response that we received from their owner/manager/supervisor it appears that they clearly did not care even to try to make it up. They gave us HALF a refund because they said there was only 30 minutes left in the service and claiming that they state in their contract that they are not responsible for unforeseen situations. I never received a contract with them. EVER. And that statement is NOWHERE in their website. Moreover, the 30 minute service they owed me delayed my night for a whole hour, and I had to pay $140 in cabs that were not on my budget, and let us not forget the EMBARRASSING feeling of arriving in a cab to my wedding reception. The half refund AGAIN showed us that they can care less about customer service. My wedding was September 5th of 2016 and it has taken me this long to write this review because I could not let go of the anger in me, the frustration and the feeling of powerlessness. I feel robbed. They stole from me an experience that should of been magical and though I have these awful memories for the rest of my life, after a whole month of the incident I have let go of my anger. My only concern now is making sure that EVERYONE knows about this awful company because no one deserves what happened to me. Ultimately, I urge you all to do your research on cancellation policies especially on the case of a limo breaking down during the service BEFORE you book with any company. I do not wish this to anyone but if it happens make sure you speak up because the last thing someone deserves is to have a dream ruined and not be able to be heard.

So I went to Google and found this car service. I saw a flat rate of $110 and it said town car up to three people, mini-van for 4 or more (check out my screen shot). It seemed like a pretty good rate, so I contacted Jeremy through the website. Despite being a Saturday, he called me back pretty quickly. He told me he would be the one picking me up, I gave him all my info (airline, time in, etc etc) and it was all set. The morning of my flight I received a call from my new driver. Jeremy was unable to be the one to pick me up. No big deal. I thanked him for letting me know before I boarded. Sometime during my flight Jeremy called and left a message telling me as well. All in all, pretty good communication. So imagine my surprise when I'm waiting to be picked up and a reallllllly old, beat up white minivan pulls over for me. Where was the town car? Talk about a bait and switch. I was really annoyed at the false advertising on the site. My drive was very nice, but kept looking at his cell ALL the time checking traffic, texts, etc. I eventually had to tell him to please stop, the heavy Christmas traffic, stop and go, etc, it wasn't safe and I felt nervous. He told me he "does it all the time, no worry". Not cool. He eventually stopped after I asked him a second time. I arrived in one piece and made good time. But I don't appreciate booking a service and not receiving what it advertised. I wish I had taken an Uber and paid the ungodly price it would have been.

    Mid July Scheduled with Jeremy for our final drive out of Frederick county (we were moving out of…read morestate) to BWI. Just wanted a nice private ride for my family of three and our three pieces of luggage. Made it a point to keep his info so I wouldn't forget to post this review. He was good at communicating pre-trip, was prompt, car was lovely, drove for an hour like a professional, and was a hoot to chat with during the trip. Everything was as explained on his website, would highly recommend! Thanks Jeremy
