Just as he promised, he sent an email the night before their flight, tracked their flight and was there early as the flight arrived early, called me to reassure me that he had contacted the girls, and then contacted me again when he had safely dropped the girls off at their hotel. Not only were they affordable, they accommodated a nervous mother in every way that they could. The girls also said that the driver, Ali, was extremely kind and professional. I would highly recommend BWI Shuttle as your go to for a car service. We will certainly be using them for our future trips to the Baltimore/D.C area.
