The bus was definitely nice in the interior, too. However, that's where the "pros" stop. We signed a contract explicitly stating there were to be two shuttle trips at the end of the night -- one around 9:30, and another around 10 (at the end of our wedding). We also explicitly stated that no one except my husband or myself could change the times/destinations for these shuttles. The driver took it upon himself when he realized there were few people on the 9:30 shuttle to wait until 9:45 to leave -- this meant the 10 o'clock shuttle was delayed until 10:30. WE WERE THEN CHARGED A $150 OVERAGE FEE BECAUSE WE "WENT OVER OUR CONTRACTED TIME" BY AN HOUR. The company refused to refund our money, despite it being THEIR fault we went over the time. Additionally, their driver seemed to drive somewhat erratically -- there were times when we were clutching on for dear life. I wouldn't recommend this company unless it is your only option -- even then, maybe consider foregoing the shuttle.

It was my boyfriend's birthday so I decided to surprise him with a limousine to take us to our destination. The driver called me to let me know he was outside so it was the perfect surprise because I knew exactly when to tell my boyfriend to go downstairs with me (he was under the impression that I was driving lol). He thought the limo was someone else's until I let him know that it was for him! The driver held the door open for us and was very polite and respectful to us throughout the entire time that we were with him. The inside of the limo was beautiful and the lights were amazing! I'm a huge fan of lights at night. We were dropped off at the front door and before we exited the limo, the driver opened the door for us and even assisted me with getting out of the limo (I was having a little trouble since my heels were pretty long lol). The driver even gave me a courtesy call to let me know what time we should start walking back to the limo because I told them that I did not want to go over time. We had a smooth ride going back home and the driver dropped us off in front of the hotel safe and sound and opened the door for us once again. He was extremely professional and not once looked like he was tired of doing his job. I would definitely use this company again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service.

Both times have been positive experiences, and I plan to use them again for my wedding! Booking: They respond to emails quickly, and I've never had issues with communication. I can be a little uptight when double checking details (especially for group events!) but the manager Jeeth has always been really nice about it. The first time I used Ramjay for the limo, I shopped around for prices - they were asking a significantly less than other companies! The second time I just went with them because of my prior experience, and the price seemed fair. Drivers: Drivers have been professional and on time. One driver had an accent and I struggled at times to understand him, but he was really friendly and didn't seem to mind me asking him to repeat himself! He got us where we wanted to go, so in the end, I think it's a pretty minor thing. Vehicles: The limo was perfect for our NYE adventure, while the Sprinter was a classy and convenient way to get to Leesburg from Arlington. Both were well-kept from the outside and clean on the inside. Also, they were both black which is a preference of mine. Overall, great service at a really reasonable price. Highly recommended!

At the end of our photoshoot, the driver took us home safe and also took our photographer home without a hitch. The price was very reasonable as well. Before the day of the photoshoot, they were very responsive to email inquiries, always providing a response within minutes. I would highly recommend using this company for anyone who needs a private car for several hours.

It helped that they had been to NOLA before and could make some personal recommendations; one of our favorite recs was the evening historical ghost tour which we might not have thought to try if it weren't for them. They also found us options for culinary tours at our request. :) Our latest request for them was for our honeymoon. We were already so focused and stressed from wedding planning that it was an easy decision to enlist Melissa and Zach's help by giving them our preferences, timeline, and budget for our honeymoon, and they helped price out some great options for us to choose from for multiple countries. We ended up choosing Mexico for the value, and it was just what we wanted and needed after our wedding festivities were over. While they will plan a nice vacation for you both domestically and internationally, I think their international experience with traveling is the most valuable thing about their services. They're adventurous and have tried both the touristy things and things off the beaten track; they won't have an issue with giving you great travel tips and good deals. :)

Melissa incorporated the ideas I had found (there was a luxury tent resort I knew I wanted to stay in) with suggestions of her own and it all worked out wonderfully and in fact exceeded my expectations. The trip was far better than anything I could have planned on my own. We had drivers to take us anywhere we wanted to go, they found us an awesome resort in Mombasa, planned activities for days that we needed them and also allowed for plenty of downtime, and worked within our budget. We never had to worry about anything once we hit the ground in Kenya. Sometimes throughout the planning process I would change my mind about things, and Melissa was always very patient and prompt with getting back to me and tailoring the itinerary exactly to my specifications. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.
