I don't drive into the DC area, so this was a godsend for me. Jason was extremely kind when I kept adding another passenger or trip. The drivers were courteous and kept on top of their flight status and communicated with them. An issue with either arrival or baggage but remained loyal to picking them up and getting them safely to our destination. I highly recommend them and definitely will be using them again! We were picked up on time, arrived to the airport with time to relax in the Military USO Lounge at Reagan National. When I Switched my cell phone from Airplane mode the Drivers voice was right there confirming that he was Already at the Airport to greet and meet us. The ride home was relaxing and the conversation was enjoyable, he caught us up on the news from my local city while we were away for five days. My grandson accidentally left his favorite stuffed animal in the car and the driver found it before we had the chance to miss it and rung my doorbell to return it to us... Representative A appeared to be very customer service oriented and offered to met me at an alternate location so I could examine the vehicle that would be used. I arrived at the location and it was an office building. I tried to contact Representative A with no luck. I then went into the building to see if the company was listed on the directory and to ask if anyone had heard of Freddy Go2. Again, no luck. I tried the customer service number for Freddy Go2 and eventually received a call back from Representative B. She said that Representative A had called in sick that morning but had asked that someone contact me to cancel the appointment. Representative B stated that she would find out what happened and call me back in 15 minutes. I had not heard from Representative B 4 hours later so I called back and was told that she was glad that I called because she had been unable to reach me. Really????? She said that Representative A was really upset that no one had contacted me and that she would be willing to meet me with a vehicle rather than having me come back out. I was to expect a call the following day when she returned to the office. After waiting 3 days and not receiving a call, I called back and spoke to Representative B. She said that Representative A was due back in the office that afternoon for the first time that week and would definitely be giving me a call. That was 4 days ago!!! I'm glad that this happened BEFORE I paid my deposit. Please imagine 15 people with luggage trying to make last minute arrangements at 5:00 am to get to the airport because the shuttle did not show up.

I called the number on their web site but got someone's residence and when I asked if they were still in business they hung up on me. Hate to see them go since I have used them in the past and they provided excellent service. Wish they would at least take their web site down so others do not thank that they have a reservation when they are not in business. I called…read moreSunny's, spoke to the guy about renting a limo for point to point transfer for my best friend's bachelorette. He said they could do a 8 person for $142/hour, or a Mercedes S Class for $250. I chose the limo. Twice while reconfirming my reservation he said "So the S Class, right?" (can you see where this is going?) I said no, the limo, and he said oh right right. He took all my info and said he'd send me a confirmation. I received it same day, which is great, but I didn't look at it til the next day and when I did, of course, there was the S Class instead of the limo. So, I called. The guy who helped me, Abe, was very helpful, however it seems his co-hort misspoke. They don't DO hourly limo rentals without a 3 hour minimum. ARGH. I had been specific that that was NOT what I wanted, as we didn't need a limo for a whole evening, just to et us from Woodbridge to DC. They allowed me to cancel service with no charges, but they also said they'd review my phone call that had been recorded and if the other guy did indeed offer me what I was claiming, they would honor it. It's now tuesday and no follow up from them. Not that I really expected one because it's much easier to just hope I go away and use another service, which I have done. So no idea if they are any good in terms of service but double check your confirmation and make it VERY clear what you want!!
