Needed to use this service to pick up my car from the shop…read more I called and gave the dispatcher my address and where l was going.. l also asked approx. How long before an arrival...she hesitated and just said someone would call when enroute to me....OK... So immediately l jumped in the shower, knowing l had at least 15 minutes... Well, about 10 minutes later as l was drying off, the driver stated he was at my address....l informed him l needed 5 minutes and he said ok.... I appreciated the quick service, but calling enroute means enroute, NOT having the driver call you while at your door. If the dispatcher had said he would arrive in 10 minutes or whenever, l can live with that... The only positive thing was, the cab was clean and very roomy, and the fare was ok and the same as when l needed a cab about 5 years ago to the same location. All in all, this was better than waiting an hour or more and having to call only to be told, "they are enroute" which l experienced, waiting for my car to be towed to the repair shop. Oh, well!

However on the night of January 6th myself, my boss and her boyfriend used you cab services at the Sheraton in Fredericksburg. I was so impressed I felt compelled to email you. Your driver was not only beyond professional but his friendliness was such that I will ALWAYS call on and use your services again. My driver's name was Kenny. Such a pleasant and courteous driver I it made an huge impression on me. I have taken cabs before and was NEVER impressed. In fact I've been over charged, been rude to and basically thought cab companies were people who took advantage of their fares. Kenny was pleasant, patient and an awesome driver. If you ever plan to promote an employee I hope that Kenny will be considered. His dedication and work ethic is exactly what your company and ALL taxi companies need.
