The products are no longer as consistent as they used to be, and I've noticed a significant drop in quality compared to what they offered in the past. It's disappointing to pay premium prices and receive products that don't meet the same standards. I used to recommend this place to friends, but I can't do that anymore. Why?  Bathroom breaks, lunch breaks, wages and just maybe RESPECT. Now maybe its one of these things, all of these things or something else all together. Whatever is going on, negotiations between both parties failed.   30,000.00 passager will be affected or more. I am sure the number are higher an the actual percentage of people effected is larger. I have ridden the Connector before, but not as much as others so I don't  feel I can comment on that aspect.  Still, as a professional driver,  I have seen what impact the strike has caused in this shirt time.  We will see how long this lasts. I hope problem aside from wages get fixed and BATHROOM BREAK will be part of the new phase going forwards.

The only issue that did arise was a leak (from the air conditioning I believe) - but that was handled quickly and professionally by the owner (and our driver) once we returned from our trip. So many passengers are left in DC with no ride home in the heat, and sometimes in the pouring rain because Omniride cannot get it together. Every time I took 971 home, there was standing room only after the third stop. This route (971) needs another bus. There are too many people taking this route for the limited buses currently offered.
