The buses are all new and have very nice interior seating. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them to anyone because they also have limousine services!

Comfortable seats that reclined, cloth interior, luggage space, a CD player, a radio player, a bathroom, large windows and TVs. It was what you call a luxury bus! The staff on the bus was great! Even though we did not use the tour guide, he was still on the bus. Both him and the bus driver kindly welcomed me on. The driver politely confirmed the destination we were going to. He believed we were going somewhere else, but when we alerted him he was going to the wrong place, he kindly took us to our intended destination. For the entire time I felt safe on the bus and in the hands of the staff.

It is extremely easy to procure their service this way. There are no voice call backs for confirmation everything is easily done online through their app or a browser. The price is accurate and you pay for everything online with no hassle at all. On limos.com it says you are reserving a Lincoln Town Car, but Dulles Sedan has picked me up in a new S 550 Mercedes both times I have used them so far for the same price quoted on limos.com. The drivers are on time and courteous. The cars are brand new. They always text me as I land. I couldn't be more pleased with them. If you are flying into DCA during a peak time and have bags and expect to get a taxi, you may wait up to 20 minutes for one or longer in hot muggy weather and end up with a rude cab driver who tells you about how dangerous Adams Morgan is and how they won't drop you off on Ontario street even though it's high noon. With tip and baggage fees your substandard taxi ride could end up being only 10 or 15 dollars less than riding in a fabulous new Mercedes with ice cool air, no waiting time, and a very professional and courteous driver. I will use Dulles Sedan again. It is great to see a company in DC that provides superior service. Thanks Dulles Sedan for doing it right! I highly recommend this company! Treat yourself to a hassle free luxurious ride home next time you land at DCA!
