Both times have been positive experiences, and I plan to use them again for my wedding! Booking: They respond to emails quickly, and I've never had issues with communication. I can be a little uptight when double checking details (especially for group events!) but the manager Jeeth has always been really nice about it. The first time I used Ramjay for the limo, I shopped around for prices - they were asking a significantly less than other companies! The second time I just went with them because of my prior experience, and the price seemed fair. Drivers: Drivers have been professional and on time. One driver had an accent and I struggled at times to understand him, but he was really friendly and didn't seem to mind me asking him to repeat himself! He got us where we wanted to go, so in the end, I think it's a pretty minor thing. Vehicles: The limo was perfect for our NYE adventure, while the Sprinter was a classy and convenient way to get to Leesburg from Arlington. Both were well-kept from the outside and clean on the inside. Also, they were both black which is a preference of mine. Overall, great service at a really reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Everyone was so impressed at how we were treated; we will surely be using Ramjay for all of our transportation needs in the future. Thank you!!!!

I had great experience with this limousine company! This was my first time using this limo service…read morebut I decided to go with them because of all the great reviews they had. It was my boyfriend's birthday so I decided to surprise him with a limousine to take us to our destination. The driver called me to let me know he was outside so it was the perfect surprise because I knew exactly when to tell my boyfriend to go downstairs with me (he was under the impression that I was driving lol). He thought the limo was someone else's until I let him know that it was for him! The driver held the door open for us and was very polite and respectful to us throughout the entire time that we were with him. The inside of the limo was beautiful and the lights were amazing! I'm a huge fan of lights at night. We were dropped off at the front door and before we exited the limo, the driver opened the door for us and even assisted me with getting out of the limo (I was having a little trouble since my heels were pretty long lol). The driver even gave me a courtesy call to let me know what time we should start walking back to the limo because I told them that I did not want to go over time. We had a smooth ride going back home and the driver dropped us off in front of the hotel safe and sound and opened the door for us once again. He was extremely professional and not once looked like he was tired of doing his job. I would definitely use this company again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service.

I have used DC Livery for about 6 or 7 years for both personal and business transportation to all 3…read moreDC area airports. I have also used their hourly service for various things around town and have never been disappointed. There have been many times I contacted them for last minute service and have never been disappointed. They maintain your credit card on file if you wish and you can e-mail or visit their website and reserve service. At one point when i traveled often, I would always request they send me the drivers name and cell so I could call if anything in my plans changed like flight delays (which rarely happen :-) ). Their cars are standard i guess, but I have used their executive car, Navigator (needed space for a 6 party lunch meeting), S Series and their Lexus 600 HL. The 600HL was great. I used that car once for dinner because I made a very last minute request to accomodate a dinner meeting. I never use stretch cars, but I can only assume from my experience with their executive cars, they are equally as nice. The representatives that take my calls are great and are always very accomodating. Maybe once they could not reserve a car for me, but I honestly cannot remember. If you need a local car service, wait; they actually made a referral once when I was outside of the area. I called and told them which city I was visiting to see if they could recommend someone and they made the recommendation and WOW!!! it was a great recommendation. Now back to what I was saying... They are the best service I have experienced in DC and I use them everytime I travel or just do not want to drive to an event. And I find their fees are similar to other services in the area. My recommendation, call them before your next lunch or dinner date and schedule a car and enjoy a nice ride around the city and you too will have found a great service. The number on the profile was incorrect at one point, but their website is http://www.dclivery.com and phone 703-354-5466.

So we rented a nice car for several hours and the service was excellent. The car arrived well before we needed to leave, as instructed. The drive to DC was extremely smooth, and during our photoshoot in the Capitol Hill area, the driver did a great job of staying near us and was always ready to drive to a different location at a moment's notice. At the end of our photoshoot, the driver took us home safe and also took our photographer home without a hitch. The price was very reasonable as well. Before the day of the photoshoot, they were very responsive to email inquiries, always providing a response within minutes. I would highly recommend using this company for anyone who needs a private car for several hours.

Their prices are also much more affordable compared to other area vendors. Besides being punctual and professional, our driver was also helpful in that he offered suggestions on when the bride should enter (last) and exit the limo (first) to make things easier. He was polite and courteous and we enjoyed his company, though he didn't talk much during the ride, which is actually rather nice. I, personally, was too nervous to chitchat and a quieter driver also seems less intrusive, as the ride for a bridal party can also be a great time for decompressing and bonding.
