I do not recommend their business and service. Getting connected is such a tedious process, they sell accommodations that you can get somewhere else for a much cheaper price and at a better deal. read more

This company lied about what you would get and you wasn't getting any discounts from airlines the resort or anything they took your money

I was scammed.Even my bank backed me up on this! I never got anything I was promised after setting through the very boring video, and being charged $800. When my bank reversed the charges back I was turned over to collections and the charge back was placed on my stellar credit report. I plan to tell the world about my experience with this scam company! I'm also looking into a class action attorney, after reading of a lot of other people having bad experiences with this company. read more

Total, Total Scam. I was told I could cancel within 60 days. My BF didn't like the idea so I called and canceled within 5 days, they told me I couldn't cancel because they gave me a loan. So basically, they signed me up to get a loan with Monterey Financial Services. I had NO IDEA that I took a loan out to pay for this stupid thing. And all of the "friendly" reps that I talked to are nowhere to be found. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY Now I have to get legal help. read more

I want my money back! This is a terrible service. The pricing is the same and often worse than the travel sites I normally use, Priceline and Kayak. I'm not talking about finding cheap hotels. World Discovered Pacific has thousands of "cheap" accommodations. When you take the same hotel and put it side by side with a competing travel company, you will find that WDP lies about what the competition is charging. Contact them in writing and they will make you call. God forbid they put any evidence in writing. I will redact when they refund me. read more

This company is a scam and rips off your money. Their salespeople will lure you with many reasonable offers and bind you with an $1800 contract. They will offer cheaper hotels, vacations, and many more things and offer you vouchers for vacation, and they never work as they never want to work on your dates. It's a complete scam, don't lose your money. You can book better deals anywhere else. Stay away from these crooks. I wish I could give them no star, but no option is available. read more

Don'tr trust this company. I got a fe good deals om hotels and cars. Until this most recent stay, they mesed up my room selection and I had to pay extra. Was promised refund and I've been waiting a month and a half and they are now "investigating with the hotel". I was also promised a european resort vacation during signup. It's been 6 months sinceI requested to use the certificate and I have yet to get information on hotel options. Save your time and money and say "NO!" read more

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I got sold to signing up because of the 1 week in Europe voucher and I was told I could use the voucher towards any hotel on their website. I have made plans to use my voucher for PARIS in a couple of months and reached out to World Discovered Pacific to activate my voucher. They told me that the property would be to THEIR DISCRETION. I questioned and told them that is not what I was told at orientation . They told me they have great properties participating in this program and to give them the opportunity to show what they have to offer. After many days of waiting and constant follow ups, they finally gave me 3 options: 2 in Antibes and 1 in Castiglione di Sicilia, which are NO WHERE NEAR PARIS! They have been nothing but a huge disappointment and full of lies to get you to sign up. Also, you will find much cheaper hotels/properties on sites like kayak, Agoda, Hopper. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, STAY FAR AWAR FROM THIS PLACE! read more

Signed up based on wrong information. I will admit that the agent and manager handled it great, and offered a cancelation and refund when the policy on that is that they do not offer cancellations or refunds, so I decided to keep the membership. Then I never got either of the 2 offers that I was promised. I reached out multiple times, with either no response or a promise it would be sent and it never was. I never used the "benefits" because honestly, on everywhere I was going, I could book directly cheaper. I let the yearly membership lapse, and recently decided to see about reinstating it since I have several upcoming trips planned. I spoke with someone a few weeks ago, and he was great. Spoke with another guy today - Travis and he was horrible! Rude customer service, rude tone of voice, and then tried to make excuses saying "just so you know, I'm sick". Boohoo. It's called adulting, but you don't let it affect your job. This company is AWFUL for communication. read more

*****scam alert***** Don't give in!!! It's all lies. The huts on the ave that promote sales towards vacations or UTV EXPERIENCES, or anything else that is adventurous is a scam. We payed upfront 40 dollars...then got told to go to a room in the building Bank of Hawaii, 6th floor. Room 608... SCAM ALERT!!!!! DONT DO IT! They told us we would save 150 just if we watched a promotional video. Then you go to the room that then send you to and you are literally told you are not paying for what you payed for and you will get a refund. If you don't comply the leave. They act all nonchalant about stealing your INFORMATION.... This is complete bs. Then you're told they just hire those guys down stairs and they say and do WHATEVER THEY CAN TO GET YOU IN THE DOORS. Talk about being a major dirtbag!!!! SCUM of the Earth!! He even showed us photos of his kids to make us feel better about the "deal" that he is an honest working man. YEAH RIGHT. Really lame to come to a new state on vacation and get taken advantage of from their despicable operation. Shame on this establishment. Scam artists at its finest! WorldDiscovered Pacific is corrupt as hell. I purchased a travel package and was told I get a trip anywhere. After paying my $2000 fee I inquired about my 'anywhere' trip and was told the package I purchased did not include the 'anywhere' trip. I booked a cruise with travel insurance leaving from Port Canaveral and a month later transferred for work to the West Coast of the US. I asked about taking a trip from Los Angeles and was told the cruise line only leaves from the East Coast (Port Canaveral) and my money would not be refunded. Therefore, I lost $2400. WDP is a scam - use a reputable company. read more

Finally finished paying off this stupid scam. $5k for nothing. Since I posted the first review I had one of their associates contact me. And the. Ghost me. They have also said my post was a fake. It's pisses me off that this shit is legal and is still open please don't fall for their crap. read more

Kate if you used half as much time taking care of customers issues up front (and diligently working to IMPROVE the company you work for) as you do responding to negative reviews, maybe you would not have to do as much "explaining" and clarifying. ALL of my past "good reviews" have been because once I posted my HONEST review and assessment of a situation, I was then given some "freebie" and asked to revise it. I am NOT doing that anymore. WDP needs some serious work to bring it up to even a 3 star rating. Notice how many 1 star ratings there are. All of us can't be wrong. All of us can't be "off base." And I never said "at any time" did WDP promise a cash refund. IF you clearly read my review, I said that it says "we will refund you 110% of the difference." In order to know that means a CREDIT and not what most people think of as a REFUND, one has to scroll down and click on a link to read a full page of "explanations/small print." And you must do this while a "clock" is timing down on the time you have to make the reservation. Kate, go improve the website and bring it from the 1970's (piss poor pictures and descriptions) into 2021! Go do that. BOTTOM LINE TO UNSUSPECTING CONSUMERS: Do NOT do business with World Discovered Pacific. All you have to do is look at the snide way Kate starts many of her responses on this page. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and sarcastic. Finally, I was roped back into the program during the height of COVID-19 by "Kennedy." He called and "sold" me on a lifetime plan and guess who is ghost now? Kennedy!!! Won't return texts or calls. Shameful WDP! Scammers and charlatans. BUYER BEWARE!!!! read more

PLEASE BEWARE! This is such a scam. We brought this crap and was given a $500 travel certificate. They told us that if we used it and submitted the certificate we would be reimbursed, we are still waiting after repeated attempts to collect our money, that was January 2019. There rates are not the lowest either. Once again we were told that they would reimburse us if we found lower rates on rooms, etc. Once again the LIED. They should be shut down and put under the prison. read more

Very dissatisfied. Signed up 5 years ago paying more than $5,000. Now they are saying it is a ten year contract and we owe $199 per year. They told us they would end a time share agreement, but did nothing. We sent all the required paperwork and when they did not respond we were unable to contact them. After contacting the BBB and many attempts to find a working phone number I got the paperwork back with a nasty letter. Our contract does not say 10 years. Length of contract does say 10, but not days, weeks, months or years. Got a call from them today saying we owe the annual fee before the end of this month, 3 days from now. Had paid a five year renewal and had not heard from them for 5 years. Only used this company for airfare for one trip There sight showed round trip fares with terrible layovers and flight times. Was able to contact an agent and got reasonable times, but not an easy process. read more

I tried using them as a member, (heck, I'm Paying for my membership every month, might as well use it right), and their so-called deals are terrible. WORST MiSTAKE of my life. This is a complete rip off! I paid $1800 for a non refundable and no. Cancellable membership into a "travel club" that promised great discounts on travel. It turned out that most of the cruise pages, airline pages and hotel pages on the internet are much much cheaper than what this outfit charges. Also their customer service line never answers and they are now threatening to hold me to a 10 year fine printed contract that charges an additional $199 per year for their membership! This is a total scam! DO NO GET IT!!! read more

If I could give a zero I would. You can't check their prices until you become a member, which is after you pay a deposit. They don't tell you this deposit is non refundable. I called two days after signing up to cancel because I found cheaper rates then theirs elsewhere for FREE. Only to be told my deposit would be forfeited. Keep in mind they lock your device during the presentation so you can't check their prices. I would also like to mention during the presentation I asked what would happen if I found out the membership was not beneficial to me and was told "we don't have a cancelation it's like Costco if you don't want it you don't pay for it." So yea... they basically scammed out of 200 dollars lol. read more

I stumbled on this place at the aloha stadium while i was shopping. My bf and I really wanted their discount rate for jet skiing and parasailing because it was at a great rate. The guy at aloha stadium said it would be less than 1 hour and all we had to do was watch a commercial. I knew it was to good to be true and IT REALLY WAS. Totally not a commercial and way over 1 hour. We had a really nice older Asian guy so we both felt bad saying no but we were never planning on saying yes. But every time we said no someone else came and tried to make the deal better. We were able to still use the discount for our trip that day but now that we want to use the discount months later because they said its good for 12 months. They dont ever answer the phone or return your voicemails. Don't waste ur time. Go actually see a time share and then decline and then you can do the activities for free rather than at a discounted rate like we paid. read more

Definitely not worth the money. i HAVE NOT SAVED ONE DIME. They are actually higher than any other website, airline, hotel site, etc. And I found that I am getting a lot of scam and bogus info on my credit report since I have bought into THIS SCHEME/SCAM!! They have entered 3 hits on my CREDIT REPORT AFTER I had already signed up for this bull. They make promises they don't keep and constantly contacting me as though I am a new customer and trying to convince me to listen to more of their PLANS TO RIP YOU OFF. I spent $2000 to get absolutely NOTHING. I am usually a SMART SHOPPER, but I have been duped, hoodwinked and scammed. I haven't saved one single dime and I have been on multiple trips on my own dime. They are really really good at what they do. They're funny and personable. We came in knowing we wouldn't buy and they were so good they almost got me! We got the package price way down and a bunch of freebies but at the end said no. I'm so glad we did. 1) The guy who talked us into coming here said we'd be out in 75 minutes max - just say no and get up. That didn't work. 2) When you say no, they just bring another sales guy over to work you. 3) When they finally"allowed" us to say no almost 2 hours later, they ushered us to the gifting room where we waited another 15 minutes to get our discounted tickets. 4) While waiting, we looked up reviews. Check out the BBB site - LOTS of complaints that seem valid. 5) I worked for almost 20 years in the travel industry. This may work for cruises, condos and timeshares (they resell them for owners who can't use them) but I honestly don't see the value for hotels, resorts, or airfare. Bottom line, if you like condos, you may save money. If you don't mind being limited on your dining options, you may save money. If you want discounts on attractions, this may save a little more than AAA. Otherwise, just say no. BUT, if you're going to say yes - ask for Dwayne when you go in bc he's just an awesome, honest family guy. The package we were offered was 5 year membership for $3500 with $199 down. They waived processing fees and offered extra logins for family. Also that $500 condo week that they can only give to 2 buyers? They'll give it to anyone who buys and whatever half-priced attraction they offered as a gift they can give you for free. read more

Total scam! The representative who helped us name is Rich. After watching the presentation I was impressed, but not by the service that was presented but the enthusiasm that was shown while speaking. There's always pros and cons to everything and we have yet to do further research. My fiancé bought into the idea and so we being naive fell for Rich's charm and which he upgraded our activity which was the Ka Moana Luau located in Sea Life Park Hawaii. We had no idea that once we canceled our membership and which we decided to on the second day that we would have to pay the VIP balance. Rich did not inform us of such thing. Furthermore, once my fiancé emailed the company to cancel the membership Rich started texting my fiancé in such rude manner that was not professional at all. By not informing us and allowing us to choose whether we would like to upgrade our service or not made it such a hassle for us especially while on vacation in Waikiki, Hawaii. The mistake we made was not fully reading the contract and putting our trust in a man who pretended to be genuine. By the way, my fiancé has records of the text messages between Rich and herself. His messages were aggressive and unprofessional. He lied and tricked us! Stay away from this company folks! There are other markets out there but please read the contract thoroughly before signing anything. This man did not inform us of options but instead upgraded our service without our consent by making us think that he's doing so from a favor standpoint. Lies!! read more

The presentation was not very realistic regarding prices. I actually sat with my sales rep. and compared prices from their website to my usual websites Airbnb, Orbitz, and Expedia. Not to my surprise, all the free websites were cheaper. Our sales representative was very friendly and we felt no pressure. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast as promised, but we did recieve our attractions as promised. We paid a $50 dollar downpayment and paid the remaining balance prior to leaving. Personally, I dont see the benefit of gaining debt to travel. I had a similar experience in Las Vegas at Wyndham, THANKFULLY I CANCELED THE PLAN DAY 1. That was a very long process but worth the freedom. I encourage you to read the forums on BBB, Elliott Advocacy, and a few more links once you Google the company. read more

After being a member since 2016-17, we have yet to save enough money through this company to validate the enormous membership fee (which we paid upfront). Literally a waste of thousands of dollars. As someone who is consistently on the hunt for the BEST deal possible, this membership delivers each and every time. We have not only gotten the best most inexpensive deals but it's also in the highest quality rooms. I am indifferent about this company at this current moment. My interactions with Tony, Pearl, and John were nothing short of inviting and amazing. Following the presentation they covered our parking and we went on an upgraded dinner cruise "Star of Honolulu", which we LOVED!! and that day I felt like I truly invested in something worth having. Recently I took my first attempt to use my new investment. I was trying to book a rental for pickup at BWI. My phone screen switch to another screen so I had to reopen the page. Due to my own mistake I didn't reread the information I had already entered, because all the blocks were stilled filled out so I just pressed BOOK RESERVATION. Immediately the confirmation came and said pick up at HNL not BWI. Being that it was booked 3rd party the Thrifty car rental couldn't help me. So I called World Discovered Pacific and the first lady I spoke with saw super sweet and helpful but notified me there was no way to transfer the reservation like I could have if I just booked directly through Thrifty. So I was traveling on Military order "most of my money spent because of my move, and the Almost $90 I put towards my rental was basically just given away. Following that I tried to get a one day rental from budget but they couldn't help me because I didn't have a credit card or a retuning flight. They told me the money that I used to book the reservation through my 3rd party would not be charged because they don't take our money until we pick up our rental. However, since I booked through a 3rd party guess who didn't get her money back.... yeah... this girl. After many attempts to call and "miraculously " dropped calls I just gave up. So I was at the airport from 9:22 am until 3:40 pm stuck because I couldn't afford another rental. My first day back in the main land was terrible!! Had I just booked directly like I usually do I would have never had this problem! I would like to be able to write a better review but I need my current issues resolved and a better outlook moving forward. read more
