Enjoyed our first trip with Panda so much that we booked a shopping trip to Tokyo. Our guide was Patrick and he was so wonderful! He answered all our questions, helped us get to places we wanted to go in our free time and he was always so patient and kind! The shopping tour was a shoppers dream in speeded up motion! Loved everywhere we went and wished we had had a little more time at each place but speed shopping is my forte so I definitely filled my suitcase!! I've share my Panda travel experience with all my friends and I hope I will get to book another trip this year with Panda!

Panda Travel is so Amazing , Awesome and well planned out!! The weather was perfect. It was our first visit to Japan. Panda took care of us from beginning to end. Our trip was from 11/6-11/13/2024. Met us at the airport, bus transportation to 4 different first class hotels, all having its own charm and character. Buffet breakfast each morning, and giving us directions and advice for best shopping and meals. Temples, shrines, museums, hiking to see monkeys and deer roaming freely and feeding them. Excursions to paint a Japanese fan and also paint some nigiri sushi was fun. Also rode the bullet train which we enjoyed a lot. Shop, shop, shop. Eat, eat, eat, beer, beer, beer. BIG Shoutout to Daisy Komeiji from Panda Travels. Can't say enough good things about her. She went above and beyond the call of duty, making sure everything was perfect. Also to Yoko san our Japanese tour guide who kept us informed on the daily, even giving us some Japanese history. Can't forget our bus driver san as well. If you're thinking about traveling to Japan, China or Korea ( Daisy's specialty) hit up Panda Travel. You won't regret it. Fo'realz!! We are already dreaming of going back!

10+ Stars! Highly recommend Panda Travel and ask for Daisy. We had joined the South Korea Foodie and Shopping Tour, 5-11 Oct 2024 and had a fantastic and memorable experience! This tour was initially sold out and we got lucky. The price of this tour was worth every penny. The itinerary was on point with a variety of tasty food, endless shopping, and cultural exposure. We were 38 in our group. Everything was so well organized, everywhere we visited went smoothly, and everyone was taken care of from beginning to end. An example, is taking people to exchange currency to assisting with tax refunds at the airport. From keiki to kupuna, no one was left behind. LOL Everyday our HI guide Ms. Daisy and local guide Ms. Jin briefed the events and meals. If it was a shopping activity, they would identify the popular stores to visit, items, or tasty snacks to buy. Next, they would query and separate the group by interest. I just loved it! Then, off we went....so much fun and so grateful for Daisy and Jin suggestions. They definitely know all the hot spots for deals and applied their top notch negotiating skills. That is what I call personal services and a lot of ppl took advantage of it. Daisy and Jin is my version of Yin and Yang who truly complement each other. They are comical in every way, treated everyone with respect, and made the environment enjoyable. They went above and beyond for all of us. We were a large group, but you wouldn't have known because they handled it all with ease. The consensus within the group was fun filled and satisfied with the itinerary, services, and friendship. Lots of quirky memorable moments. This is our second tour with Panda Travel and I highly recommend them. Friendly and detail oriented staff and affordable. Oh, and don't forget to ask for Daisy! Lol.

Earlier this week, I took my brother to Panda Travel. He was trying to book a trip to Las Vegas. After many attemps to get through to Hawaiian Airlines on the phone my wife suggested Pandas. We got there and got a friendly greeting. A short time later he was with the agent and the booking began. It didn't take long and he was done. Yes, it did cost a few bucks more. But for senior citizens it's a choice worth considering. Stay safe.

    Wonderful Tour

Had a great experience with Panda Travel. Booked a Japan tour and they were very helpful with my questions. They held an orientation meeting so we could meet our travel group and escort and they provided some nice refreshments. It was a great itinerary with very nice hotels. Our escorts were fun and they knew the areas well so they could provide us with useful tips along the way.

    Lots of shopping!

Shopping tour in Seoul, Korea... I read Christine L.'s review about this 4-night trip and it sounded like fun! The length of time is just right because there's only so much shopping that a person can do...lol! Our tour leader was Daisy. She's very organized and has great communication. I called her for more information and went to her office (on Kapahulu Avenue) to turn in my completed application and deposit. Daisy emailed us when our packets were ready to be picked up. She gave us helpful information about what to pack, how much to tip, etc. We flew to Korea via Hawaiian Airlines. It was quite eventful when after 2 hours in the air, the plane turned around and we returned to Honolulu for safety reasons. Daisy remained calm and gave us our options - such as - extending our stay in Korea for free - we just had to pay for the 3 extra nights at the hotel. We had a breakfast buffet every morning at Sejong Hotel and Daisy would go to every table check up with each person. She's so personable and listens to what the group wants. For example, some of the gals wanted to buy purses and wallets. Daisy helped negotiate for better prices when she could . I highly recommend Daisy's Shopping Tour in Korea. (We also visited a Folk Village, Seoul Tower, and a palace). Our hotel was located in the middle of several shopping areas. Popular purchases were bankets, utensils, socks, and souvenirs like coin purses, pens, and flavored almonds. We had free time to walk wherever and whenever we chose. There was a Daiso, Uniqlo, and LINE FRIENDS Store nearby. Daisy took us to the best money exchange place and gave us great suggestions for restaurants! I'm really glad that I went on this tour!

Looking for the ideal "Girls Trip", Bachelorette party or need a quick but satisfying get away?? Panda Travel is the right place! I just got back from my second Shopping and Foodie tour in Korea with Panda. These mini shopping tours are offered only a couple of times a year, and I plan on attending every single one! The pricing is soooo worth it as direct airfare, all airport taxes, hotel, transportation and daily breakfast buffet are included. The shopping, food and sightseeing are phenomenal. A bunch of the girls on our tour even went for $18, hour massages daily. It can't get better than that! SHOPPING and FOOD... I can't stress it enough... mark my words, this is the next popular destination like Japan! Korea has a 5 story Daiso store, has super clean street shopping with everything from fashion, the best beauty products to the best scissors, delicious street foods and lots of history and culture! Panda offers a safe guided tour and you can't go wrong! Read my first review and call Panda! I heard there's another shopping tour coming up in October... Xmas shopping! I plan on going... join me!!

This is a silly question. I know. But, does the Disney package come with Park tickets? When reading the details, it only says air tickets on HAL, 1 exec suite at Castle Inn, and shuttle service. Doesn't specifically say, park tickets.

So far the Air & Sea Tour Leaders who accompany the group on the tour have been courteous, organized, and careful. They look out after everyone in the group and always give helpful "heads up" suggestions about the place we are visiting next... and sometimes suggest what items are good to buy and bring home. I've done some Air & Sea tour packages going to Japan and China. I just recently came back from the Silk Road Xinjiang Tour and had a blast. For this tour, we had IMO the best local guide, her name is Risa. She spoke passionately about Uyghur culture and was one of the few local guides that I did not notice anyone falling asleep to on the bus (at least from where I was sitting in the back of the bus). In contrast with other different tours... the local guide will speak in a monotone voice and give text-book like lectures on the bus. People will then start to tune out and fall asleep. The company tour leader would then have to interrupt and tell a joke to wake everyone up. Pleasantly... this was not the case with Risa and this Air & Sea Xinjiang tour. The group also found Risa fun to hang out with on this tour. The Air & Sea Tour leader for this particular Silk Road Xinjiang tour, Derrick K., was outstanding and organized. He kept everything together like super glue and made things go as smoothly as possible. Having great local guides and tour leaders are what help make any tour successful. Actually... all of the other Air & Sea Tour leaders on my previous trips (Ryan, Mike, Derick S.) were outstanding as well. What I like about Air & Sea overall is that their tour itineraries are carefully thought out. They don't try to cram too much stuff into one day like other companies do as that can be tiring. Air & Sea tours give one the experience to try foods that are not usually found in Honolulu. I've been on their Tibet, Kyushu, Hokkaido, Harbin, Niigata, and lately Xinjiang tours. All were great. These Air & Sea tours have been a culturally educational and fun experience for me.

Went on a shopping and eating tour in Tokyo 8-days, was awesome. The tour guide Derrick was really good, making sure everyone is having a good time, he really tried to accommodate your wishes to visit other areas if possible. Mr. Obasan our Japanese tour guide was also good too, letting us know what to expect at every destination. This will be my new travel agency for future tours. Only one complaint...Flying with Hawaiian Air wasn't a good experience, especially when I flew 1st Class, I wish we flew JAL or ANA. Aloha, Derek
