Normally I go to Milt and Eddie's in Burbank whom have dry cleaned the same items that I've brought to world-class cleaners. I was very thorough in explaining to the gentleman that these two pieces are exclusive and cannot be replaced. I dropped off 2 hoodies that are very rare and asked for them to be dry cleaned. Upon picking them up I noticed that one of the hoodies wasn't as black and dark as it was prior to dropping it off. There is also some print on the inside of the hoodie that now is clearly visible from the outside of the hoodie which was never the case before. I am extremely disappointed as I feel these two pieces have lost extreme value. Both items were dry cleaned at Milt and Eddie's before and I had incredible results. Extremely disappointed in this place. They gave me a refund and asked what they could do to make the situation better but unfortunately I feel like the damage is beyond repair. They may be OK for your general laundry but if you have any exclusive pieces you value I would suggest looking elsewhere. read more

There is absolutely nothing world class about this place. From start to finish my experience was a nightmare. I dropped off a jacket that needed the zipper replaced on 5/27 and was given the date of 6/2 to pick up. I gave them an additional week as I was busy with other things the weekend prior and went in on 6/9 to pick up my jacket. At first the owner couldn't find my jacket and asked when I dropped it off and what services I was having done. I explained it was for the zipper and he went outside to make a phone call and came back in and said they didn't get the zipper replaced and that I can pick it up 6/10 and or wait until Monday to grab it, that they were sewing the zipper that day on 6/9 and apologized for the inconvenience. Rather than waste my time again, I called in to see if it was ready and was told by Eileen (employee) that she couldn't find my jacket and it wasn't in the store. She asked for all my info at least 3 times and was incredibly rude and condescending. She had the nerve to tell me to not be upset for her incompetence and obvious distraction. I requested that the owner call me directly. Rather than own up to their mistake he immediately went in on being rude to his employee and was extremely hostile. He raised his voice and was telling me what I wasn't going to do and what he was going to do. I managed to shout over him and told him I wanted my jacket and that I want nothing more to do with him or his business. He requested that I come in and promptly pick up my jacket at 3pm. The below picture is how he gave me back my jacket with the new zipper safety pinned to the jacket and not even sewn in after he said it was already done and ready. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Found this dry cleaner on Yelp and decided to give them a shot. I brought a favorite shirt in around 6pm-ish last Friday and it was ready today (Monday) when I picked it up at 445pm. Now, this is a custom shirt I had made during my visit to Thailand last November and it was starting to show signs of the dreaded ring-around-the-collar. I was afraid to throw it in the washing machine at home as I don't want it to start degrading. To make a long story short - it cost $4.55 and it looks fantastic. The owner let me use my credit card since this was my first visit and I didn't know there is a $10 minimum for credit cards. I took a top in there recently to have an applique sewed on and to have some minor alterations. They did a beautiful job and it looks fantastic. The tailoring on the sleeves was tricky and they absolutely nailed it! My only complaint, the parking lot is a train wreck.
