I tried to advise them that one of their customers--my mother--had passed away and to find out if she had any dry cleaning to pick up but the "gentleman" hung up on me and refused to answer the phone. Apparently their customer service disappears when the customer dies. read more

I'd taken some dry cleaning here before & was happy with the price & service. Today, I took in 6 drapery panels (not high-end drapes by any means) and the guy said it would be $100 per panel. $600! For old drapes! He then went down to $70 per panel, then said the lowest he could do was $50 per panel. I took them to another cleaner on Sherman Way... $22 per drape. Tons of other dry cleaners in this neighborhood--I'd recommend any of the others. read more

They Did not get my stuffed bunny cleaned the next day as agreed. The worker girl started saying that the I came in for a pick up too early. Then when I asked for my hangers back, the same girl got really rude (actually yelled at me too) saying that I never brought my hangers. I always bring my own hangers because theirs get thrown away & just pollute the planet. In the end, they found 1 out of my 4 hangers. Obviously it's not about the hangers but how they handle customer service. Rude! I don't recommend. My jacket was not cleaned, same stain was still there that I was able to scrape off myself. I used to like this place but since the rude girl experience, my opinion changed. read more

Best dry cleaning place ever!!!! I've been taking my clothing there for over 8 years now and they are great at what they do. Never once had a problem with them. They are the most polite and welcoming employees ever. Aside from the spectacular dry cleaning their alteration lady, with out a doubt, is one of the best out there. She made my wedding dress from scratch and also changed the bottom portion of my friends wedding dress. We love her work. She made the most beautiful wedding dress a girl can ask for. Just fine! Brought in my first batch of drycleaning. They had it done when they said they would, at a fair price. I think it was about $1.75 a shirt, which is pretty fair. Easy in and out from Vanowen, and the young woman behind the counter is nice and had cool eye makeup. Could go to five stars if they keep up the good work. Everything cleaned nicely. I have been going to these cleaners for years! I live quite a distance from this place. I found them while working in the area before. I have tried to replace them because of the distance but have always returned because of their excellent service and prices. Take it from someone who takes her whole closet to them, they are very inexpensive. I think the most I have spent on cleaners is about $130 and that's with more than 20 pieces of clothing. Plus the customer service is great, I can only remember one time when they messed up a silk blouse but replaced it for me. Take your clothes to them you wont regret it. read more

Their cleaning is OK. Not the best. Sometimes they have to reclean stuff. But their alteration is HORRIBLE. They messed up 2 of my shirts and refused to give my money back or fix it. They wanted more money to fix the problem they created. Never coming back. Stay away from alteration. read more

Dropped off a medium sized tan leather bag for cleaning as it had good sized water stain that had set. They outsource the work but when I got the bag back 2 weeks later is was better than new. $50 was very fair for the work they did. This dry-cleaner has ruined silk items three times and never gave a me a call to let me know something had happened. One time, no problem, things happen. But each time there has been an issue I've been met with "I didn't know" from the manager. Our family have been very good customers for several years including alterations so this most recent issue being handled in the same offhand manner was inexcusable. I have had good experiences with this place in the past for dry cleaning and alterations and expected the same when I brought my daughters dress in on Saturday for alteration...even prepaid so I didn't have to bother when I came in to get it. I was promised it would be done on Wednesday. I called on Tuesday, just to see if it happened to be done. It wasn't, which is fine, but they now knew my urgency. I went to pick it up on Wednesday, when it was supposed to be done. IT WAS NOT DONE! They told me to come back the next morning at 10. I was upset and the lady was upset with her seamstress. I came in at 10 the next day and picked it up and talked to the seamstress- asking for a discount because of my inconvenience and broken commitment to having done on time. She responded by saying- "no. I did my job". I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward. A rude answer and treatment results in a loss of a customer. Disappointing read more
