Jax Cleaners is amazing and always on time. Was in a situation where I needed my suit cleaned last minute and they were able to come through. Their customer service is outstanding. Thank you guys! read more

I absolutely love this Cleaners. I live in the Chatsworth area now, but I still bring my dry cleaning to them.

Today at 3 o'clock my son has a birthday. A few days ago I gave them 2 suits and they told me to call me back and that I should come pick them up. No one called me and today I came to pick them up and the place was closed. My sons were left without a suit for their birthday If you see my review please call me back ! read more

I called these guys in a panic...lol. I have a (separate entrance) room for rent (short term rental/ AirBnB) in my home. After I washed the bedding I took it out of the dryer and there were stains that would not come out. I had a second set of sheets still in the bag, but they were tinsel cotton- very comfy, but they wrinkle if you're breathing- my turn around was immediate and I had to have the room ready within 90 minutes! I call Jax to see if they could help me- he said bring it in! Within 10 minutes, I was back on the road heading home.....with my 5 star/ superhost rating still in tact. Thanks so much for your efforts! read more

I brought an item to be cleaned and was given a price of $35 to do so. When I went to retrieve the item the woman who I believe to be the owner, who initially gave me the price asked for $45. I advised her of the price she initially gave me and she said she never said that. I asked her if she was calling me a liar and she said I must have misunderstood. This cleaning was dropped off the day before and I believe my memory serves me pretty well to remember the day before. I obviously paid the amount and just sternly told her I would never be back and that they lost a customer over $10. Great business dealing (sarcasm) read more

I saw Jax's reco on Nextdoor, then saw amazing reviews on Yelp, knew I gotta come here. And they got another 5 stars super happy customer !!! A person has amazing great vibe, happy and fun, friendly. Explain so well w transparency. I love they text letting me know when it's ready. I dropped 2 vintage pieces. 1 wool white coat, 2, lining detached, 2 buttons missing poncho coat. Bc the condition of the lining being not great, I didn't know they take those type of repairs or not. They did! And did amazing Beautiful work! Both coats got pimped and all liner repair one was like brand new, even using the same lining. Also he found other part was safety pinned, which I think I did long time ago and forgot about :p. He also repaired that which is more than estimate but I asked to make it good. So I'm happy For missing buttons, I asked him where will be good place to have buttons that I had old school leather ones but he reco not to and explained me reason which I appreciated so much. Ended up Got buttons at Joanne's and brought back days after. It came back w all buttons in place too! I do strongly recommend Jax's and willl also drop any dry cleaning in the future. Thank You for amazing work, Jax's! read more

Thank goodness I found this cleaners. It took me 10 years too long, but better late than never. This company has the friendliest owners and they get the job DONE and they pick up/deliver. After a horrible experience with my previous cleaners, it's such a breath of fresh air to deal with professionals again. Thank you Jax Cleaners!!!! read more

My family and I have been going to Jax cleaners for as long as I could remember! Roger goes above and beyond at customer service and he always does an amazing job. So many times I've had a horrible oil stain on a clothing item that I almost threw away, and he is able to remove them for me. I definitely recommend this place! read more

Jax Cleaners is hands down the best dry cleaners in our area. Their attention to detail, excellent quality, friendly customer service and free delivery make them our first choice. The owner, Roger, is very knowledgeable and helpful, he helped us decide on the best approach to what we needed cleaned. We had many items dry cleaned with Jax; from coats, shirts, suits, hats, wool to fine linens. Everything came back perfectly clean and well packaged with great attention to detail. They are also eco friendly and care for the environment. Thank you Roger and Jax Cleaners! read more

I needed cleaning for my wedding dress and my husband's suit, they were polite and responsive with great communication about when my items were ready for pick up, they answered all my questions and did a great job! read more

Great customer services! Very friendly place. Prices are reasonable, look forward to bring all my business here.

I needed a dress shortened for a black tie affair and, at the last minute, discovered my long-time tailors had retired. I scrambled, and after reaching out to several places that were either unresponsive or ridiculously expensive, I miraculously found Jax. The establishment is so nice and well run, has easy parking, and did outstanding work at a fair price - in a rush! What more could anyone ask for? They saved me, and I will be forever grateful (and loyal)! I can not recommend them more highly!!! read more

Top notch service and price! I was quoted (to the best of my memory) a little over $100 for wedding dress preservation (including my veil). Roger was friendly, courteous, and professional. He answered all my questions concerning my dress. I love the fact that they were environmentally friendly. I came here over a year ago to have them clean and preserve my wedding gown and lace veil. After their first cleaning, I noticed there were still some dirt embedded on the underside hem of my dress. Not too much but still enough for me to notice it. I asked if they can do a second cleaning just to get the dirt out. They were more than willing to do that and didn't give me any problems for requesting that. My dress was wrinkle free and pristine after the second cleaning! They placed my dress and veil in a nice decorative, archival-quality box. Thank you Jax cleaners for your awesome service! Just FYI they have ample parking in the front and right next to Cici's cafe :) read more

Roger is awesome and is an expert at what he does. I came in today to get a tear on my jacket sewn up and he fixed it in a matter of minutes! Very friendly too! A++! read more

I've been to lot's of dry cleaners over the years. None of them do as good a job as Jax.

Amazing service and great prices. All the employees are very friendly and polite. Highly recommend this place!

I was running super late for a flight out of the country and I called Roger and explained my situation, he offered to personally deliver my cleaning after the store closed, going above and beyond. This is the type of customer service MY clients expect from me but I have not seen it from many other small business owners. Thank you, Roger, I am a customer now for life! Summed up: 1) Great Prices 2) Great Job 3) OUTSTANDING Customer Service. 4) Nice people! read more

The main guy, I believe is Jax, is incredible! He is always so happy and works with you when you need any alterations!

Jax cleaners did an amazing job tailoring my tuxedo and shirt, and dry cleaning them all. They made the measurements quickly and got the whole job done in a few days, so that I didn't have to stress before my big day. The price was fair, and the work was exceptional. Jax cleaners provided friendly service, and protected themselves and their customers by wearing masks and practicing careful social distancing in the store. Roger remembered me by name from the brief interaction when my wife brought in her wedding dress (which he also masterfully altered to fit her very well). Great service and wonderful results. My review is long overdue, but the above-and-beyond service I received yesterday reminded me why I NEED to write a review. I was in dire straits due to a malfunction of the washing machine at the salon I manage. I had an abundance of towels, smocks, and capes that needed to be washed and dried that day. Without blinking an eye, Roger said "No problem - just leave everything and I'll handle it for you." He indeed handled everything as promised. Each and every experience I've had at Jax Cleaners has been absolutely fantastic. From day one, Roger and Aida remembered me by name and always greet me with a smile and friendly aire. Their professionalism and perfectionism are first rate as is the quality of services. They are simply the best. I continue to gladly bring them all of my laundry, dry cleaning, and alteration business because it doesn't get any better than Jax Cleaners! Try them...you won't be disappointed. read more

I really like this place. If parking was not such a hassle, I would give them 5 stars. They actually deliver my dry cleaning to my house every week, which I love. But, when I need a last minute cleaning or an alteration (which they are reasonable in, BTW), I hate the parking situation. They are friendly and efficient. read more

I take my wool coats, down jackets, dress pants, and anything that isn't simple wash and they handle them like professionals. - Fast and friendly service - Huge value for the price - I trust them with all my expensive stuff - They are locals, we are locals, it's nice supporting an excellent family owned business. read more

Absolutely most amazing and best work that I've ever gotten from a dry cleaning shop. I've had about 3 - 4 different dry cleaning shops in LA and no one was able to come close to the quality of the work that Roger does Roger and Aida are super attentive every time, they understand what needs to be done and do an amazing job. I had also done alterations with them and they did an amazing job. THANK YOU for helping my clothes look like a million bucks! read more

I don't have a lot to dry clean... but every time I go to Jax, they treat me like their favorite regular. This is the BEST customer service around. I've had purses cleaned, jeans patched, and clothes pressed. All services are exceptional. I highly recommend Jax! read more

Jax Cleaners does a great job and they are super nice! I even came in with some items to mend today and they mended them and and I was able to save a couple things I may have had to throw away. But those things will live to see another day! Which is awesome There maybe Cici's on one side and the coolest record store "CD Trader" on the other, but Jax is super solid, and probably keeps the peace between the Rockers and the Foodies. Thank God read more

They were very friendly. Their work was excellent. I had a seem repaired and a suit cleaned. I went early just to see if by chance they had it ready and it was. I could not be happier. I will be returning as a happy customer. read more

Years ago, when I gave a damn about things and my life involved wearing suits and button down shirts, I researched the prices, quality of work and customer service of all the dry cleaners within a few mile radius of where I lived. They all dwindled away, like the passion in my last relationship.. and only Jax stayed.. and in that only Roger. Roger has been there over the years and seen the ladies of my life come and go. He's heard of my adventures and I, his. When my weight ballooned under the stress of living up to the mirage of the American Dream.. he was there to resize my monkey suits. And when I shed the burden of capitalism from my shoulders and lost 50lbs (Jesus!), he was there to resize my belts and whatever else I hadn't thrown in the trash. They work hard, they provide great service, they have ample Starburst in a jar and he is a great tailor and all around good man. Roger will always be my man as long as I live here, which God willing, won't be for long.. So get to know Roger @ Jax Cleaners. You'll be glad you did and your clothes will come back without that embarrassing stain. read more

Thank you so much to JAX Cleaners and their amazing team for coming to my rescue after an invasive moth situation was discovered in our clothes closet. My clothes were picked up at my home, re-delivered within a week and I could not have been happier with the quality of work JAX provided. Each item was returned impeccably cleaned and packaged thoughtfully and carefully. Roger from JAX also provided helpful advice on how to properly clean my closet, wash the clothes I was not having dry cleaned, and what to do to prevent further infestations.
