In addition, there is a basketball court where you can rent a ball (for free with your membership) and play. There is a water park that is open during the summer that is great for the kids. Also, there is a whirl pool, sauna, and steam room, as well as a private class room. They have classes, but the schedule is very sporadic, and sometimes they won't have any for a while. They also have an area for kids to wait and play. There are a lot of restrooms, lockers, and showers. Overall, it's a large place that's fairly clean. The reason it isn't 5 stars is because of the service. There's often just one or two people working, and sometimes they wander off and you can't check in until they reappear. In addition, I don't think they had enough staff or people signed up for classes for them to be regular. They do a summer camp for kids, however, and at that point there's typically more staff around.

What makes it great are the people everyone is friendly, kind, and professional at what they do. The staff also work with their customers to match them with the right plan for them.
