My first time there, the little woman was crying and screaming when I walked in. Cussing up a storm talking about this "fucking dumb cunt". YES, I'm serious, she later calmed down and explained her dog had just died or something like that. The point is, you should never speak in front of your customers like that!!! Actually no one should speak like that ANYTIME or ANYWHERE!! The scariest part is a little red room behind the counter.... I think she puts the people she don't like in that scary little room. The carpet was so dirty it felt wet!! Believe it or not.... I actually tried this place 2 more times, but refused that particular red room. One room near the back actually had a nice, clean room and bed, the next time she stuck me a room where the ceiling was drooping, bed had pieces missing and no vent covers on the vents. I gave this place multiple chances because of the convenience of location..... I'm done!!' Never again. I will drive the extra miles to go somewhere else!!

The lotions and tanning products they make are also high-quality. I also appreciate they limit the amount you tan the first two times you come to prevent burns. While I don't burn during tanning, I think this is a great precaution that is made to protect your skin. Also, keep in mind they have a 24 hour policy that means you have to wait 24 hours between each session. I find this is a responsible way to keep customers skin healthy and protected between sessions, even though it can be annoying at first. After the first three times you come, however, you don't need to come everyday anyway to maintain your tan; tanning 3-5 times a week is plenty and more than enough to maintain color. I also found the staff super kind. The young girls there were both polite and made sure I had what I needed beforehand. Everything was super clean as well. I don't understand some of these reviews. People are so rude!

I had two…read moretreatments and at best it left some veins the exact same but some veins it made look significantly worse - they appear a brighter red color and scarred. Waste of $180+. I asked for a refund and the owner instead had me come in for a free second treatment, but it did nothing to make it look better. Unfortunately, my legs look worse than before I had the treatments and I will probably need to pay for expensive laser treatments which I should have just done from the beginning.
