I joined workout anytime in August 2024 Phil the manager was really pleasant in helping me thru of what I was looking for. I sign up for a personal Trainer. The person that was actual training me my schedule did not meet some time, or his schedule was hectic, so he asks if I mind if Coach Zeus would train me. I fell in love with coach Zeus training me. I'm pleased with the technique he offers to push me harder each day. I was a couch potato, and I feel really good when I leave the Gym. They're open any hours and clean. There is plenty of variety in the available equipment. Customer service has always been great to me.

As I have been a member of this gym chain for 3 plus years, I didn't expect the level of customer service I got at this location today. I scanned my access card and entered the building. I changed and came back to the floor to recycle a water bottle at the desk area. At this point the gym manager asked to see my access card. He states that my card did not identify who I was. Even though I was able to gain access to the gym. He asked for my name and then stated that he could not find me. I went back to the locker room and got my access card. Turns out I was right as I just paid my bill two days ago as it auto drafts on the first of each month! Turns out I am the only person of this color at this gym. Makes me wonder...left me feeling very uncomfortable. Even after I brought it to his attention, no apology was given. I will drive to the next location next time. What a shame!! read more

I called in April to let the gym know I had moved. I needed to cancel my membership. My name was taken an told it would be taken care of. So today I see a $45 dollar charge on my bank statement..Looked back to other months find that they never canceled the membership an had been charging every month. The membership was month to month no contract. I called the gym was told i needed to cancel with a written notice or online. I was never told this information. An it was blamed on new staff. So basically I've given away $140 to a gym I dont even attend anymore because the staff didnt know that policy....Its a rip off. To me thats bad business practices. Taking ppl money ...I would stay away from this place.... read more

Gym is usually clean and well lit. There are a few meat heads there but most are average people trying to maintain fitness. Why two star? I need a surgical procedure and asked to freeze or cancel my membership. Gym staff stated it would be taken care of and no dues would be due for six months. I'm still getting billed after two months plus a 3rd charge for annual fee. Gym referee me to an 800 number (Billing service). The billing service rep wanted me to give her a doctors note to freeze my membership. With some persistence, Billing service did call gym then refund money. It should not be this difficult to put an account on hold. If you never get broken, take vacation, or move, this may be the gym for you. Otherwise, consider getting swoll elsewhere. read more
