Used to be a great gym. But now, it's run down, filthy, and unkempt. Seems to be for the most part completely unstaffed, but when there is staff available, it if one person, for limited hours. Get the impression they may be closing soon. Many have already left, and many of the remaining members are looking elsewhere as the conditions worsen at the gym daily it seems. Many days, there are no, and I mean zero supplies with which to clean the equipment, and if we do t bring our own supplies, the equipment doesn't get wiped down before or after our use. It's a shame. Disappointed and displeased. Workout Anytime Franchise especially the Rock Hill, Sc location has shown they do not care about health and wellbeing of members and staff but strictly the money they can take from others. Previously when they were under different management memberships were cheaper and NOT a contract. Recently, prices have shot up, enrollment fee is outrageous, "rate lock fee" of $45, the list goes on. Their "personal trainers..." Prices are ridiculous and trainers do NOT get paid the way they should be. I stress this as I worked for this franchise for some time. Promises to change things and clean the Rock Hill location have not come to fruition but they did move around equipment...They will pull money out of your account if you sign up for training and I quite literally have been told to "manipulate them" into staying. If I have one piece of advice, please be weary of signing up at this location. Camden, Sc is NO contract and month to month (cancel anytime) the only Christian thing about this gym is the loud gospel music they play that you can hear through NOISE CANCELLING HEADPHONES John Steele and Katy Dease are AMAZING trainers. Please look into training with them if that is something you may be interested in. Very disappointed in what gym culture has become. You are supposed to want to help members. Not gouge them for their money and manipulate them. This gym is also not big enough to charge what they do. Great gym, only went once cause I was on vacation. Had just the right amount of equipment to get my routine workout in.

Pros: nice quality equipment, cable machines and decent assortment of Olympic free weight and dumbbells. Cons: equipment was tightly squeezed into the facility such that it didn't give you much room to workout without invading another's space. Low quality shower space. Bathroom not clean. The whole building was generally low quality and not cleaned adequately. The weights were disorganized and scattered around the floor while the staff stayed anchored to their desk. Staff seemed put-out by my existence. 7 day trial is a gimmick to get you into the door. You have to sign an auto draft agreement before using the facility. read more

My husband and I have been going to this gym every morning before staff hours for about 8 months now. A lot of mornings, we can't clean the equipment because the paper towels aren't restocked (or are jammed in the dispenser) and there aren't any spray bottles nearby with cleaner. Also, when I signed my husband and me up for the membership, the lady ensured me that we could "downgrade" our membership any time. She failed to mention it would cost $75 to downgrade any membership, which means we would have to pay $150 to downgrade both memberships. We don't tan and have never used the hydro massage because we always go during non-staff hours. read more

My son signed up for an account, and several months later, decided to cancel his membership; this was July 2017. They continued to charge him for another full year. We conatacted them every time we saw that they were still charging him, and every time, they said it was taken care of. Finally, I decided to go in myself, and, since they gave me documentation that it's finally been cancelled, I think we're good now. However, my son is out $174 for a membership he didn't use. This is a pretty good racket; just tell people that their membership is cancelled, and then play dumb whenever they call to ask why they're still being charged. This is a great way to make a profit. Buyer beware; become a member at your own risk, and make sure you get documentation if you cancel! read more

GREAT CLUB, GREAT STAFF! Not overcrowded, clean, equipment Is top notch and 24/7 365. No contract. For 19$ bucks Its a steal.

Clean environment and good equipment but that's where it stops. When I went in to join, I was told the advertised price to join was inaccurate; and that it was really $9.00 more a month. I agreed, anyway, because the equipment looked good. In terms of guidance, I received none. My "one-time personal fitness guide" consisted of an indifferent employee showing me where each type of equipment was. Due to extenuating circumstances, I had to cancel my membership. Tried to do it online, and was told I had to go into the gym. Went in, signed the cancellation contract, and was told that there would be no further fees. Hah. 2 weeks later, I was billed for club dues of $19.00. I chalked this up to perhaps a partial month's use that hadn't been billed yet, and let the matter ride. Now, 3 weeks later, my bank account shows another $39.00 charge for Club fees. Attempts to contact anyone to resolve this issue was an email thanking me for my interest and offering to help me join....Does anyone read their Customer Service emails? Plan on calling my local gym after the weekend to resolve this issue. Failing that, I plan on taking the matter up with my bank. Joined this club because it was near home, an not too expensive.
