She wanted to let me know the policy to Cure Pilates as a new customer is to take 4 private one on one with their instructors. So they can access what level you're at. And for you to understand the foundation of Pilates before you join in the group class. At least that's what I got from our conversation. Attended my 1st one on one with Melissa right on my birthday. I must admit. I needed these private classes. I have no glue. Melissa help me understand the movements. Help me fix some of the problems I'm having. Like my shoulder and lower back. I'm in soo much pain from sitting at the salon all day. She was very patient and once she notice I'm sweating. She turns on the fan. I'm looking forward to attending the rest of the one on one. And hopefully join in with the group. However, it's really not a bad idea to continue to take the private class once the trial period is over with

So, I believed him, and i tried, but that was not true. I have been kicked out of the HW app and unable to sign up for Feb classes. In summary, my investment for the opportunity to work out at HotWorx in Jan was $249. ($49 enroll + $82 equipment + $59 Jan + $59 Feb) Had Hotworx employees and contract explained the 60-day notice and 90- day notice were not concurrant, I would not have joined and saved $$, time & stress. Hope they will be more clear in explaining that to future clients.

When you become a meme we you have 24 hour access and you can take a class any time of day or night. Classes are held in a room that holds up to 3 people. The rooms are reminiscent of a sauna and for good reason. They have wooden floors, ceilings and walls and shall I mention that rooms are heated from 125 to 128 degree infrared heat. Classes are 15 to 30 minutes long. There is a large variety of classes. You can take yoga, barre, cycle, Pilates, ISO and more. I really enjoy that the rooms are small and only allows a few people. The members all seem to be very friendly. I especially love that the members are diverse in gender, age, weight, strength and shape. I don't feel pressured to win but only to do my best and enjoy my workout. I love the heat. The infrared heat is great for detox, pain in the body, increase sleep, decrease stress, help with post recovery, burn more calories faster and more. Try out a class. I feel great afterwards and look forward to going back. They even have an app the connects to your Apple Watch, Fitbit or you can record your calories burned separately. If you're considering HOTWORX, definitely try their one week thing. I wasn't sure at first, but I really enjoy it. I like how the heat warms my muscles. You do sweat, but it's not distracting for me like in other workouts, I think because it's not just one drip, but a lot due to the heat so you just don't pay attention. I definitely FEEL the workouts for days after, which is crazy, because they don't feel super hard, but they are laid out at a good pace and provide a lot of benefit. I love that you usually have the sauna to yourself. Others can book the same session as you, but it's kinda rare. If you are even feeling stressed and just want to lay there and feel the heat and infrared, it feels good. The app allows you to schedule a time that works for you, and you have access 24/7, which is pretty cool.

The studio is very clean and organized, with lockers for your stuff. The workout-whewwwww! Don't be fooled by Uri's baby face because he will have you on the ropes! I recommend doing the starter class first and then venturing out into the other classes. I did the full body class and it full body for sure! Uri did a great job with demos, checking the carriges, and correcting form. Most importantly, he kept the energy and encouragement up. I recommend Solidcore to anyone looking for a challenge, and looking for something different.

Solidcore is a good, challenging workout. The music is upbeat and the instructors are friendly…read more(Nicole's classes were my favorite). However, every class is basically the same exercises, which gets boring. Also, the instructors don't really help with form, so I find the instruction minimal. While it's inspired by Pilates, you can't call this Pilates (and Solidcore doesn't but the clientele make this mistake). I find it to be a useful supplementary strength workout for me, but I don't enjoy it enough to keep a membership. I've been loving the Daily Pilates up the street instead.
