Our real specialty is the ability to talk you through any findings in a friendly relatable manner that you can understand, leaving you with the confidence to better understand a property.

Meet the Business Owner: Brennan C.
Hello, my name is Brennan Coyle. I've had many different trade jobs over the years. From welding in the Alaskan oil fields, surveying roads and running heavy equipment, climbing the trees of the Northwest as an arborist, and remodeling homes here in Seattle.
All of that to say that I enjoy the process; how things are created, the quality with which they are built, and the care that the craftsmen/women put into their work. Now with that pile of wildly unrelated experience, I am enjoying the process of helping other people notice the unnoticed and enjoy the experience of buying or selling a home with confidence.
