After seeing the care he took in inspecting the roof, explaining the process and answering our questions, and carefully detailing out the quote, we knew we wanted to go with them over the other company we spoke with. The administrative process was easy and quick, with electronic documents, docusign, and accurate details throughout. Then, for the actual roof, Ricky and his crew were fantastic. They worked carefully and efficiently, removing and replacing our asphalt shingles, inspecting the attic, fixing vents out of code and improving circulation, replacing skylights, and replacing any rotten wood they found. Ricky communicated clearly throughout the process, and we enjoyed hearing his answers to all our questions. We raised one potential area that needed work before they began (about the vents that might need fixing), and we never had to mention it again. They thoroughly examined, found the problem, and fixed the vents. So smooth, and the roof looks great. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof work done.

I think I'm still in shock over my experience with J…read more I could tell you about how this guy gave me an in-depth home inspection while I was out-of-state that made me feel like I was right there the whole time. 100% felt like that was some of the best money I've ever spent. I could tell you how he -- completely unsolicited --offered to walk through the report in person with me whenever I got into Washington for the home sale. But Y'ALL. Let me tell you instead how I called this guy nearly TWO YEARS AFTER THE INSPECTION in a panic during the last big freeze when an exterior hose bib failed. Why? Because a) the water company had come through and updated the water meter, changing the look of the main shut-off (rendering my limited experience with the valve totally useless), and b) no plumber would come out, since they were responding to 19,383,629 other freeze-related emergencies. I expected NOTHING from this guy at this point: it was the hailiest of Hail Mary's. Instead, I got a quick "I'm on my way" from him. WHAT?!? When he got there, found another shut-off, and kept me from going without water (and my house from floating away on its own plumbing-failure river), my shriveled little Grinchy heart DID grow three sizes that day! J is good people doing good work. I will never work with anyone else for home inspections.

We were able to schedule our roof replacement when we wanted to get it done and the job was completed in just two days. We were impressed that it was such a quick and smooth process. After our roof was done, our gutters just took one day to replace.. so in total, it only took 3 days to get a brand new roof and gutters! Also, throughout the entire process, Elijah (the project manager?) kept us updated on how things were going and was also easily reachable for any questions we had. We appreciated the good communication! My only minor "complaint" would be that the cleanup after the job being done wasn't 100%. There were a few scraps and caution tape leftover from the roof job, and then a large ladder was left from the gutter job. However, and more importantly, it was still a job very well done and we are happy with how things turned out. I would recommend NearMe if you are looking to get a roof or gutter replacement!
