I highly recommend Work n More. My name is Osiel and I run a concrete construction company called Pacific Concrete LLC. I spend a lot of money here year-round for both my workers and myself personally, and this store has always treated me right. I buy work shirts for my crew with our company logos, work boots, knives, safety equipment, and other construction gear. I've been shopping here for a couple years now and I stay loyal to them because they've always had good products for construction workers and business owners like myself. I also want to give a special thank you to Dawn. It was actually my first time meeting her, but she helped me out a lot at the register. She was the first person to actually tell me to put my phone number and information into their system so I could start getting discounts and saving money. I've been shopping here for years and nobody had ever mentioned that to me before, so I really appreciated her taking the time to help me out. Very nice selection of work wear for basically all your needs. I personally like going here for my outside clothes AKA durable jeans, high quality dry socks, etc. They also have a variety of safety gear, shoes/boots, and even a good selection of casual t-shirts & hoodies for when you're trying to get your chill on. It can be a little challenging to get in the parking lot depending on the time you go, but it's worth the mild hassle to see what they have! read more

Sold a pair of Timberland switchback work boots that fit fine in the store. After 1 day of use at work felt like I had a broken ankle. 6 days later I can still barely walk. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. They made every effort to help us find sizes, options and knew a lot about the products. Good size variety of everything you need. However if the did not have something they are willing to look at another store and get it delivered. Decent size clearance section for men, women and kids. I recomend tjis place for work clothes, hiking, camping, outdoor activities and over all durable items for Washington wear. read more

This is probably the most delayed review by me ever. I needed some steel-toe shoes for my 2nd job and found a good pair here. The first I got I had to to exchange for a different pair. The staff was nice and friendly before and after the return. A solid option for construction, outdoor, and any physical work gear. read more

I bought a $140 jacket at this work n more, got it home, wore it around the house for awhile when I realized it was way to big. The very next day I tried to return it to some very unhappy, 20 something women who were mean, angry and no help whatsoever. The both insisted that I washed it (I didn't, was a little damp from sitting in my car overnight) and would not return it for a smaller size. They were mean and belligerent. I will NEVER shop here again and will tell anyone who will listen. I called the cooperate office, they told me to return the jacket to the Lynwood store and drove way out of my way to do it. While I do appreciate this, I do not like being treated like a dog when I spend my hard earned money. I suggest buying your carhartt work wear somewhere else! read more

Don't waste your time and money. I am referring to the Everett location. Whistle Workwear is, by far, much better. I have been going to the Everett Work N' More location for over 25 years. A few years ago, they got new staff and a new manager. It went downhill at that point. The product selection is a fraction of what you would get at Whistle Workwear and the staff at Work N' More (Everett location) is RUDE. They used to be friendly. What a shame 25 years can make - in a negative way. read more

Nice store, but limited parking. The spots they do have are all "compact" size. Most of the customers are arriving in BIG pickups. Even when adjoining vehicles are between the lines, it's hard to get in and out. :( read more

F hate this store bad customer service and even the manager too..his name is Michael he has gut make smart comment when I come to the store explaining the situation..my partner came to the store few week because I was not there he didn't get his 10%for working at boeing..the register say is okay just have your wife come with receipt and her batch I'll give you 10% discount..or refund you some money back and i try do that Manger Michael who on the floor say this sale discount on receipt it didn't show 10% how can you tell customer one thing and do other things he didn't knowledge what I tell him..he just tell me we don't offer 2 discount..first off this was discount on recipt was sale discount their is different 10%and sale discount he say that we don't offer that all other store offers that then why would your staff say you will honor that then do bs game that uncall..I just think that manager he be written unprofessional and doesn't know do his job or honor customer what his staffs say to my bf..I dont like deal with lier. This store is very on themselves I'm just a blue collar customer who always loved to buy 6" tall Danner boots and Carhartt overalls from here cause it was convenient down fall is employees made me feel like I was being followed the whole time there. What really set me was this last Christmas 12/25/2016 my girlfriend bought me some work attire well some had to get exchange she took it back to the store she misplaced the receipt fortunately she paid with a debt card and mind you she is only trying to exchange the merchandise not return. Now the cashier said no receipt no return she no I would like to exchange than another cashier comes and says one your information is here in the computer...?..? Really I'm done with "Work N' More" I hope the owner of the establishment and the employees read the cause I'm going to make sure I inform everyone in my place of employment of the customer service of what this establishment does not have. read more

This store has a large selection of hi-vis safety vests needed for where I work. Yes, my company provides a basic one but I prefer one with plenty of pockets and lasts more than 5-6 washes without looking like crap. There was a whole section of various colors and designs. High quality ones with pockets and places to put your work badge so it is visible above the waist and won't become damaged or lost. Found one in my size (small) which is incredibly hard to find in a retail store. Also found a pair of thick work shoe inserts that were priced lower than what was listed on the manufactures website. Great assortment of all types over work outerwear that was priced very reasonable. I recommend this store for buying additional work outerwear and safety apparal. read more

I have been coming into the Tukwila store for many years. The old manager Michelle and her sister were amazing, super knowledgeable and I always felt the employees were very personable and helpful. Store was always organized and clean. The manager in charge now stands around he's extremely loud and does not move much. theres another new girl there alyssa who doesn't even move from the counter and just felt like pointing me where I needed to go. I sat in boots waiting for someone to help me with the old staff I never waited everyone was always on top of their work. I work for the county and have always gotten exceptional service there. I will no longer come in that store. do yourself a favor and fire those extremely lazy employees you have. read more

I'd like to upgrade my last review. The store manager was good and took care of the situation with my husband and his coat; he was able to make the return. The owner of the store more than righted what had happened. Excellent customer service on her part. I purchased a pair of Georgia boots for work thinking they would be a good boot . I was wrong after 8 month the stitching came out of toe and under that the leather stitching came apart. The boot say there's a year warranty so I took them back and talked to the lady at counter on the weekend. She took some pictures and said she would contact manufacture , two weeks after finally get back to said they were under warranty and would give a 20% store credit. I will never shop a this place again and will put these in a display case in the union hall for all to see . Bought a good pair from Danner much better quality ! read more

Saw 7 people looking at shoes & few people walking around store & none were being helped. Employees are always rude & not asking if you need help finding anything. Three stars for the Tukwila, WA store for three reasons: 1) selection 2) had what I was looking for 3) answered the phone when I called. BUT when I arrived literally 10 minutes after calling, the staff could not care less I walked into the store to spend my MONEY. I asked that a pair of pants be put aside. The woman I talked to was at lunch (apparently not communicating that I was on my way to get the pants she set aside, because the other three were clueless!) The young woman with blue hair barely made eye contact when I went to the front desk letting her know I had called and a pair of pants was set aside. I think her snarky remark was..."I don't know." And proceeded to unwrap shirts at the counter, not even lifting her head to engage me as a customer. BTW: retail 101; not appropriate to unwrap merch at the register. You are RUDE! The other woman looked like a deer in the headlights. She asked another coworker; clueless, until the ah ha moment to ask the woman at lunch. Well, guess what?! The pants were sitting in the counter next to the millennial who could give a $hit she's employed and my money was about to be spent at this store. The clincher is this product was more expensive than at Whistle, where they are friendly, helpful and professional!! Work n More TRAIN your people!
