The problem with it being so small is if too many people enter and are not considerate, it can get loud very quickly. It was not busy when I first got there and then some young adults entered and were a bit loud for the tiny space. Great experience overall. Will go back. They also have books you can read, and have another smaller room off of the larger room. Have a couple outside seats as well.

Unfortunately there is no matcha flavor and the flavoring is so light so it's very milky. I would recommend to add more matcha than milk ratio & perfect the syrup ratio.

The premade packaged banana marble bread was good but probably super processed. The waffle was pretty small, palm size, and the original one was served in the circular paper coffee cup holder, which is hilarious. The one with icecream was okay. Can't really taste the green tea flavor. Neither was super expensive but still probably not worth the price. Husband got a lavender latte subbed out with oat milk and it was pretty good but not impressive. Not too much lavender flavor but might not be a bad thing cuz some lavender flavor is too overpowering or artificial. This place is just ok. Staff seemed to be teens or young adults, pretty friendly and accommodating with us asking about extra plates to share with kids.

We had a mixed experience at Sweet Reserve, but positive overall. If Yelp allowed half stars, they…read morewould be a solid 3.5. We ordered a cappuccino, almond croissant, and cherry danish from a very helpful staff member. The pastries were pretty good, albeit on the heavy side. My danish was packed with cherries but didn't have much of the cream cheese I was hoping would cut the sweetness a bit. The cappuccino was the highlight, smooth and not overly bitter. We were there mid-morning on a Saturday, and two people were working. Our pastries came out pretty quickly, but it took a very long time for my cappuccino due to a large to-go order they were handling. It's understandable, and we weren't in a hurry anyway. I've only been here once and so I don't know if that's typical, but something to be aware of in case you're on a tight timeline. The ambiance was nice, and it would be a pleasant place to hang out and work.

Very disappointing experience at Tous Les Jours today…read more The service was extremely rude. The cashier (long black hair) she had an unfriendly attitude from the start--no greeting, no smile, and it felt like she was already irritated. What made it worse was how both the cashier and the owner spoke to me. They raised their voices instead of helping. There was a promotion for 3 bakery items for $5. I accidentally selected 7 items instead of 6, and I clearly told them multiple times that I only wanted 6 and did NOT want the extra item. Instead of fixing a simple mistake calmly, they kept raising their tone at me, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect basic respect and professionalism. This situation could have been handled politely in seconds, but instead it turned into a negative experience. I won't be returning, and I hope management seriously works on customer service.
