I had stopped rigorously checking the ingredient list on everything. Then I ordered their Penne Alfredo that was marked "Gluten Free." About half way through the meal I was thinking, "this is some really tasty GF pasta, I wonder what it's made out of." The ingredient label on the container said Wheat. Panic. I went back to check the website, and it said Gluten Free. Maybe everything's fine. After trying to unsuccessfully call their customer service line twice, a friend at work was able to call their contact and confirm the worst. Now I'm out of commission for probably about a week, missing the super important onsite week at work that only happens every few months. After this incident I can not trust any allergen label on their site. Another Yelp review mentions they are not labeling Oyster Sauce as shellfish, and one coworker said they doubted the accuracy of a vegetarian label. They need to fix this before someone ends up in the hospital.
