Finally tried Bloom Bagels today. I got the Corn Cheese Bloom and the Classic Bloom. Oh. My. Gosh…read more They were SO good. The Corn Cheese Bloom bagel is filled with corn, Kewpie mayo, scallions, and mozzarella. They dip it in Bloom Butter, which is honey and garlic butter, and top it with mozzarella. I almost didn't order it because corn on a bagel didn't sound too appetizing, but I'm glad I did because it was my favorite of the two. The Classic Bloom bagel is simply filled with cream cheese, dipped in Bloom Butter, and topped with mozzarella. While it was good, it had a little too much cream cheese. I removed most of it and enjoyed the bagel much more. The two bloom bagels were big enough to eat for both breakfast and lunch. I would have ate a third one for dinner if I had one. Can't wait to go back.

There's plenty of free parking in the lot of the complex, but no indoor seating. The line when we went was long, but moved very quickly. You order at the counter and can pickup at the bar. There's not much space indoors, but the ambiance can be described as clean and efficient. In terms of the food, the garlic asiago bloom and jalapeno bloom was tasty - good ratio of cream to bread, but the best was the chili oil scallion bloom if you like a more spicy flavor. All the bagels had a sweet aftertaste and were a bit expensive, but overall were worth the hype. The drinks, on the other hand, weren't worth the money. The Strawberry Dubai Chocolate Latte just tasted like chocolate milk with a hint of strawberry and the banana matcha was a little watery. However, this place is a must try at least once if you want to try an aesthetic bloom bagel.

Boichik is a different bagel mood than Izzy's -- and that's not a bad thing…read more The bagels here are more dense, less airy chew. Heavier. A little more old-school in feel. For me, Boichik is less about flavored bagels and schmear options and more about the toppings. Order The Mensch. Classic cream cheese, tomatoes, capers, all the right condiments. It just works. Clean, balanced, no gimmicks. And the lox? Excellent. I personally think the lox quality here is stronger -- silky, clean, good thickness. When you're in a lox mood, Boichik delivers. If you're chasing flavored bagels and creative schmears with a softer chew, I'd still send you to Izzy's. But if you want a more traditional, topping-driven experience with standout lox, Boichik holds its own. Different lane. Still very solid.

I ordered an Eggything Bagel and the Pumpernickel Bagel, one with Hatch Chile Cream Cheese and the other wit the Horseradish Cheddar Scallion Cream Cheese - shmears could have been more generous, and the bagels are more in the 'dense' range. Pickup was quick and seamless. If you're craving for a bagel or bagel sandwiches, this could be a spot. +online ordering available +seamless pickup

It is a bit too sweet for me but if you like a drink with a fragrant aroma, go for it! The Borek and Menemen were both amazing. We got the beef Borek, it was nice and crispy. The bread that came with the Menemen was so good that I'd go back to get that bread to-go to make sandwiches. It had a very nice smell from the sesame and cumin(I think?) on top. Overall definitely coming back to try things I didn't get to

Nahita Bakery operates a humble storefront with large glass display cases showing off their delicious baked goods, fried pastries, and stewed meats and vegetables. As a first timer, it was a feast for hungry eyes! We came in on a weekday afternoon and were hankering for a snack before dinner. The staff welcomed us in and gave us a quick introduction to their offerings. My mouth was already salivating at the sight of the golden brown pastries and at the mention of olives and cheese, I was committed! We ended up getting a coupe of their items including achmas (pastry made with sweetened dough) and pogaca (pastry made with buttery dough) - one filled with olives and one with the feta cheese. We also got a borek (pastry made with phyllo dough) with ground beef and asked to be cut up so it can be shareable. The olive achma was fragrant and soft when torn into. The olives were flavorful and distributed well within the bun. The feta cheese pogaca was flavorful and was layered into bun. I think it would have tasted even better warmed but it was delicious nonetheless. The distribution of the cheese could have been better to better fill my mouth with those flavors. The borek was a star but too heavy for one person to eat. The fried dough was crispy and paired with the ground beef made for a hearty snack to go with something warm to drink. The other pastries and entrees looked good and although we didn't have the stomach space for it this time, we know we will be back when we are in the area to try something new. Perhaps we will get to try their coffee next time! Overall, Nahita Bakery does an amazing job bringing their Turkish culture through food to the South Bay. Their quality of work is shown in the food's presentation, ingredients, and flavors and the clean open dining space elevates the dining experience here whether you're in for breakfast, lunch, a snack, or dinner. Their large parking lot shared by other small businesses is fantastic for those looking to get in and out on some errands. If you haven't had a chance to try some Turkish pastries, you are in for a treat at Nahita Bakery!
