This class is solely for the agility training. The agility training here is outstanding. Melissa, the head agility instructor, has years of knowledge working with every size, ability, and personality of dog and it really shows. The dog's safety is paramount and it's very nice to see in a training class in general. Have a leash reactive or even dog aggressive dog? The space is set up so dogs enter from one door and exit from another. She makes it clear from the get go that dogs are not meant to interact here, and that there's a dog park just down the street if socialization is what you're going for. Have a medium/large breed puppy who still has developing joints? The staff is more than happy to lower jumps and take extra care to make sure that even the youngest learner stays safe. The Agility I class is purely meant to get dogs used to equipment and provide enough of an immersion to make sure that you (and your dog!) enjoy it. It can feel like a big class, with a lot going on -- sometimes without a lot of progress or personal attention -- but all you have to do is speak up and the instructor will be over to you in a second. You will leave with more confidence and your dog will too! read more

We took our pup for puppy socialization camp - NOTE this review is just for the socialization camp, no other formal training. Who your pup plays with is really luck of the draw based on who else's pups are there that day. Dogs are separated by size, which kind of didn't benefit our dog since he likes to play with big dogs. Woofs doesn't enforce nap/quiet time; which isn't really healthy for pups playing non stop up to 12 hours a day. The receptionist couldn't really explain what training takes places from 12-2 except that there were crawl tunnels. Also far from us, will probably use again as a last resort if all other places are full. Price isn't that competitive when you compare to a Dogtopia or somewhere else with better environment. The place also smelled, while other puppy play places we've been to have not.. read more

This is going to be a little bit long but my pup loooooves Woofs. He just finished intermediate obedience and has previously completed puppy basic obedience and one puppy party here. The puppy party was at the ballston location and was pretty nerve wracking because it was the first time my little buddy was off leash around other pups. I was immediately put at ease when the trainers were clearly explaining every behavior and all the play styles to all of us owners stuck sitting in chairs around the outside. My little guy was a little bigger than some of the others but the Woofs employees were very attentive and were rotating little and/or shy dogs into different areas to make sure no one got overwhelmed. Potty accidents were quickly cleaned up in a safe and sanitary way while letting play continue as soon as was safe. Our puppy basic class at the Shirlington location was really great. A few of the sessions started with puppy play time to make sure all the zoomies were gone before it was time to focus. While we didn't learn a bunch of tricks, I feel like we covered a lot of basic exercises that will quickly lead to tricks or (more importantly) better attention/obedience in a variety of settings. Carrie was always open to answering specific questions about each pup whether it was related to that days class or not. She really honestly felt invested in each puppy and getting them to become successful in the owners training objectives. We enjoyed the basic class so much that we signed up for intermediate class right after. Carrie and Sarah are both great teachers and really worked to tailor each class to the dogs and how they're feeling. One week towards the end of the intermediate class, all the pups showed up and were acting absolutely insane. Not focusing on people or treats or really anything other than being super hyper. Instead of the lessons they had planned, they called an audible and we all went outside and just focused the whole hour on getting our dogs attention. That might sound like a waste of time/attention but when the alternative is trying to force pups to listen when they're all clearly distracted, it was really appreciated. At the end of the intermediate class, I've got a good idea of how we can progress moving forward on our own, plus a 9 month old pup that will sit every time I stop walking and while going through adolescence, listens to me almost 90% of the time (100% if jo other pups are around!) and is really on the road to being an amazing listener. Brooks used to be terrified of stairs (and still is of the exit stairs in my condo building), but he will literally drag me up to the Woofs building and up the stairs until he is let into the daycare area! He absolutely loves going to daycare and we've both learned so much with the obedience classes. There may be cheaper places but in terms of places I feel comfortable leaving my little buddy when I have to go to the office or go on a business trip, Woofs is really the only choice. Brooks LOVES it so much! Thank you all! read more

Eloise started with Puppy Socialization Day Camp and Puppy Kindergarten classes at 10 weeks old. She has graduated Puppy Basic Obedience, and will start Adult classes with WOOFS! soon. Eloise also goes to Daycare once a week; she loves the staff! The facility is always clean, and I am confident that she is having fun in a safe space. All of the staff and trainers are amazing. Eloise is a well socialized and well behaved dog because of their programs. read more

Woofs Dog Training Center - Eloise has been going to WOOFS since she was 10 weeks old! - Pet Training Near Me - Arlington, Virginia

So, I live in DC and decided to give this a try. The classes weren't nearly as orderly as much pup is used to. We're fairly new in the trainings world but have high expectations. I think I maybe went to two classes and will not return again. read more

Woofs is the best!!! We started with the puppy parties, which were amazing for burning energy and socializing him with other pups. From there we did puppy Kindergarten and obedience training. We had some behavioral issues with Nigel early on and the trainers at Woofs really helped us get over the hump. We also have Nigel in daycare three days per week and that has made a huge difference with his behavior. The staff are all wonderful people and I love how they treat Nigel like he is one of their own. We absolutely love Woofs and recommend them to all of our friends! read more

My review is based solely on the Agility and Flyball classes here. The instructor is WONDERFUL and my dog adores going. She has learned and improved so much, and I really see it translating over to her everyday life. She is confident, happy, and active. The instructor is wonderful and the other people in class are great as well. read more

Great staff, great facility/location and a very tired puppy at the end of the day makes Woofs a perfect fit. The play area is fully staffed and supervised by a number of employees that always seem to be interacting with the dogs and having a good time. Unlike some other facilities in the areas, during normal hours every time I've been there the dogs are out in the play area running around and not crated. The option of half day or full day doggie daycare makes play time a little more affordable and schedule friendly. Boarding dogs have the option of staying overnight in crates or in suites. My dog usually goes the crate route, but if you have two dogs apparently they can share a suite. There is also always a person on overnight duty to monitor the dogs. The best part is when I get home from a trip, pick up my dog and then she passes out asleep for the better part of a week. Worth every cent! read more

Our pup, Toby, loves Woofs daycare and dog training classes. We started him off with the puppy kindergarten and (free) puppy parties on Saturdays. This was so important for Toby's socialization, and he is such a well-adjusted, happy pup now. The puppy kindergarten really helped us more than Toby, really, and the subsequent trainings were really helpful for Toby. We see consistent improvements with each training session. I realize there are some bad reviews for the place, but I think the bad reviews are due to the dog parents not getting along with or not seeing eye-to-eye with the human trainers. The trainers truly care so much about each and every dog, and I am not there to make myself feel happy or good. I go to these trainings and day cares so that my dog can be happy and well-rounded. So I think everyone should give Woofs a try, even if you feel that your personalities don't mesh well with the trainers. In the end, everyone is just trying to give the best time for the dogs, and that's all that matters! read more

We recently welcomed a new puppy into our lives and my life has completely revolved around him for the past few months. I can't believe the hours I've spent researching about vets, daycares and dog foods. Even my Yelp reviews have suffered because I haven't had the chance to eat out as much! Our little puppy went to Woofs the first time back in October. We boarded him for a week while we were out of the country. When we picked him up, he seemed happy, healthy and even grew a few inches! We also brought him to a few of the free puppy socials up in the Ballston location. These are great for new puppies who still need to learn how to socialize. Plus, who doesn't want to be surrounded by cute little puppies Saturday afternoon. What I like about Woofs is that in addition to the small/mid/large dog play pens, they keep the really small or really old or really young in the office area. It's perfect for our little one because he's still a bit on the small side and can spend the day with just a few dogs and the office attendant. read more

I will preface this review by saying that I don't recommend bringing your dog to this or any other doggie daycare facility. I know it sounds like a good idea at first, but I'm writing this review to save anyone else from dealing with the problems I have to deal with for the rest of my dog's life. There's a reason that the contract mentions behavioral problems. I know trainers who see problems in dogs who went to daycare all the time, and who refuse to take their dogs to a daycare facility. I wish I had known that before. When I first got my dog I thought it would be great to take him to a daycare. I worked long hours, so I thought it was the perfect idea to let him have fun with other dogs all day so he would be tired and happy when I got home. I took him in for the behavioral evaluation to see if he was a good candidate. My dog was great with the other friendly dog, and ignored the aggressive dog. He'd also always been friendly on our walks and loved to meet and play with other dogs. After taking him there a few times a week for about 2 years, my dog transformed from being a happy friendly dog that loved meeting other dogs, to being very anxious around other dogs to the point where I needed to constantly avoid them. Before, I wouldn't even think or worry about another dog approaching, and now it's a nightmare. At first he was calm and happy to see another dog, and I noticed a change in his behavior over time. He became more and more anxious and would start whining. When I took him to daycare, I thought he was whining because he was excited to go there. Now I know that he was whining because he was anxious, and he was dreading it. Also, while he was there, my dog injured his leg trying to jump out of the daycare facility. When he got injured, they mentioned that they'd been having a problem with him jumping over the gate to get into the office, but I didn't make the connection at the time. If I had realized that he was jumping out and didn't want to be there, I would have taken him out right away. He also was involved in 2 fights while he was there, but nobody could give me specific details about what actually happened. The last time we were there, they had way too many dogs on the floor. While I think they mean well, it's impossible to keep an eye on so many dogs, and watch body language to prevent fights from happening. I know it sounds like a great idea at first, but nobody will take care of your dog as well as you will. If you want to socialize your dog, you're far better off bringing your dog to the dog park, or finding a small play group where you can be there to supervise what's happening. If you're worried about your dog being home all day, you can get a dog walker. I wish I had seen a review like this before bringing my dog to daycare, because it's not worth what I have to deal with now. read more

Evaluation is not "free" as they tell you. I took my dog to Woofs for the mandatory evaluation to be approved for boarding. I was told this was a free evaluation. The initial evaluation portion was in fact free, but as part of the eval, our dog had to spend a half-day at Woofs daycare - standard procedure for cage free boarding registration. When my wife picked my dog up, we were charged for the daycare. We disputed the charge, as we were told the evaluation process was free; however, Woofs refused to budge, saying "we are sorry you were misinformed." We were told specifically that the "evaluation process" was free. Furthermore, our dog was cleared for boarding with Woofs following the evaluation. They DID recommend that she return for additional daycare before we board her, but said that she was good to return at any time for boarding. I called the day before we boarded her and again confirmed that she was ready to be boarded. My wife attempted to drop the dog off a few hours prior to our flight out of town. Our dog was nervous and did not want to approach the staff. They suggested we make other arrangements - quite frankly, turning our dog away at the last minute when we were due to be on a plane. We took her to another cage free boarding location in the area and they accepted her at the last minute. She ran right up to a male staff member and began playing with the other dogs shortly after. Woofs was not at fault for our dog's anxiousness; however, they were insensitive in turning our dog away when we needed to board a plane. There was something about Woofs that our dog didn't like. I trust her instincts. read more

I reserved a spot for my dog in the puppy/adult dog classes and when i tried to call to pay the woman who answered was very rude from the start and said that she couldn't check whether or not i had already paid (since i received a confirmation email before i even attempted to pay) and said that she couldnt help me over the phone and such, not sure why she couldn't tell me whether or not i had paid and wouldnt help me pay. no idea why she was so unpleasant when i was calling to pay them.... needless to say i dont need to be giving money to any place that treats people like that. hope everyone else has a better experience then i did, will definitely be going somewhere else because of this experience. read more

I started my dog at Woofs when he was young. Seemed happy but they are a bit disorganized. One day, they returned my food container and said the other dogs at my puppies food. When I returned to address with a manager, she stated they do no feed dogs anyway and would not compensate or apologize in any way. Leaving a dog for 12 hours and not feeding the pup is absurd. I have not returned. In addition, he almost got kennel cough after a few visits to Woofs. read more

We have taken many classes here with our dog Nigel and in the past with our other dogs. Right now Nigel is in their Tricks class. Every single class has been so much fun! Nigel has learned a lot of different tricks and he's very relaxed in each class. The instructors are skilled, supportive and kind. They break down instructions in a way that make complex things simple. The trainers hold respected credentials and it is clear they love what they do. read more

I bring my dog here for boarding mostly. Occasionally also day care. Tucker loves coming here and is always exhausted for a day or two after because he gets so much play time. The staff has gotten to know him and I really trust them. I've used other boarding places and wasn't sure what kind of care Tucker was getting when we weren't there to see it, but here I feel I don't have to worry about it. read more

My dog loves Woofs doggie daycare. My high energy dog goes 2-3 days a week and always comes home tired and happy. When I'm leaving for work he always looks expectedly at me and if I say 'daycare' he jumps to his feet and rushes to the door. When we walk into Woofs, the staff all greets my dog by name, and my dog's tail is wagging as he goes to his playgroup. The staff is great to work with. We've also done nose work, obedience training, and private training, and the instructors have all been wonderful and encouraging. read more

We have been sending our Silky to Woofs for 8 years. He views it as his second home (probably means we are bad parents) and loves Laura and the gang, as do we. I would highly recommend Woofs for your pups. read more

I should have known not to take my dog back after he did not get excited when I told him he was going to "school" for daycare. They tether dogs to the wall if they bark which can "upset the balance of the pack" and who knows what else? Very dangerous! Um....aren't dogs supposed to bark? After boarding him there for a week, I get a call in the middle of my trip stating he has separation anxiety and attacked a dog. Hmmm...he had never done that before at his other daycare. They want me to pick him up or send someone...I just moved to the area, so there was no one to get him. Obviously, they asked me not to bring him back. My dog is now nervous/agressive around other dogs when he used to LOVE them, all kinds! Somehow I think my dog is the one that got attacked. If you want your dog tethered to a wall while in the room with the rest of the dogs if it barks, then by all means, take them to Woofs! read more

We've been bringing our Boston Terrier here for over two years and we absolutely love it. He has been to numerous pet boarders and doggie day camps in the area and, by far, he loves Woofs the best. They know him when he comes through the door and he's always very excited to go there; I can't say the same about other places he's been. Naturally, Woofs does have a doggie smell, but it's clean and our dog always comes home looking happy and healthy... and of course exhausted from playing LOL. I find Woofs' pricing to be the best for the services offered and they don't nickle and dime you for things like other places do. Even after we moved from VA to MD, we still make the hike to bring our dog here because he loves it so much and we don't feel comfortable leaving him overnight anywhere else. I highly recommend Woofs. read more

This review is for the agility training. We recently took Agility I with Melissa Bishop, but Melissa Frye also taught a session because Melissa B. Had to be out one week. Both Melissas are great. They are experienced, friendly, and put your dog's safety first. I like the fact that both of them reminded us of how things seems from the dog's perspective. The agility class requires that your dog have basic obedience like sit, stay, and down. Check the Woofs website for details. Before taking this class, we had done puppy and adult manners classes that used clicker training. I doubt we would have gotten much out of it if our dog wasn't already clicker trained because this class used that method. Even though this is not an obedience class, I have seen an improvement in my dog's responsiveness to all commands since we started. Her stays last longer without refreshing and I feel like she is offering behaviors more. So even if we never do anything with agility competitions, the class was totally worth the time and money for this positive result. The biggest negative for me is the class times. The earliest classes start at 7:10 pm. Some are 9:30-10:30 pm on a weeknight, which sucks if you have to get up and go to work the next day, as I assume most people do. I think the reason for the late class times is because they also do doggy daycare 7 days a week, and it ends 10 minutes before the earliest class starts. I'm sure this schedule makes sense financially for Woofs, but it probably discourages some from taking agility. Because class space is limited and demand is high, you have you enter a lottery to take the classes after level I. It feels a little bit like trying to enroll your dog in an exclusive prep school. If you want to find out more beyond the Woofs website, search for Melissa Frye and dog agility on you tube. She has some good instructional videos. read more

Although, the staff is very friendly and nice the overall cleanliness of Woofs is something to be desired. Each time our dog left Woof's something would be wrong with it whether it be a torn paw or intestinal problems. Recently, she went in for daycare and came back with Kennel Cough. From speaking to other owner's this is a common problem at Woof's. Overall we enjoyed Woof's but due to getting Kennel Cough from Woof's we will not be going back. Be careful about taking your best friend's to this place if you want to keep a healthy dog. read more

The dogs who are boarding and in daycare aren't given any chance to eliminate outdoors. Woofs made it clear that the dogs were expected to relieve themselves inside. I could pay extra for my dog who is house broken to be walked outside. They tried to explain to me that it was fine and that it wouldn't mess up my dogs' house training because the floor is rubberized and smells like dog urine. That didn't inspire confidence. I did some more homework and found several other places to board my dog which included 3-4 outside walks a day for similar prices. read more

My 11 month old puppy was SEVERLY INJURED when in his first day care day at WOOFS Shirlington. He sustained over 15 puncture wounds on head, neck, chest and legs, an ocular hematoma, cornea scratch, abrasion in his neck, bruises on both ears. He has four staples/stitches in one of his hind legs. He is currently on antibiotics, pain meds, anti-inflammatories and eye drops. Let this be a WARNING to other pet parents. This place was not a safe environment for my dog. Yelp made me give it one star - it does not rate at all. read more

My dog is absolutely afraid of crates. He has tried to break out of crates and had severely scratched his dog and made himself bleed. He hates them so much that we have had to remove the top & the door from his crate. He only sleeps in the bottom part (it's look very, very chic that way lol). So, when it came time to board him, we were anxious and worried about the whole process. Previously, when we were living in Florida, we had several friends & family members that could take him in. Since we are still pretty new in the area, and the people we know live in pet-free apartments, our choices were very limited. I took our dog for the free evaluation and he was shaking, panting, and scared while we were in the waiting area. They brought out a couple of dogs to interact with him but he stood there like a statue panting & heaving. But, we've had this dog for several years so this behavior didn't strike me as too odd - he really is a scaredy, anxious dog in new situations. WOOFS! recommended we bring Cesar in for 2 days of daycare. Although this would require some money out of pocket, we decided to follow through. We brought him in for 1 day of daycare 2 weeks before boarding and another day of daycare 1 week before the boarding. The first time around, I was told he sat in the corner of the puppy room and shook for awhile until he calmed down. When I picked him up, he was okay but you could tell he was tired from being a nervous nelly the whole day. The second time around, he was initially anxious but he quickly calmed down when they placed him in the front office with other more mellow dogs. We ended up boarding him at WOOFS for 3 nights and 4 days. When we came to pick him up, he was happy to see us and looked content. The staff has been consistently friendly and helpful. I was able to tour the facility and our dog stayed in the pet suite. I don't plan to board our dog anytime soon but if I do, I will probably use WOOFS again. read more

This review is only for the agility classes at WOOFS because I've never used their boarding or daycare. I've been working with agility trainer Melissa Frye for about a year now and I can't say enough good things about her. She's such an amazing teacher and trainer! I know that I've improved as a trainer and handler since working with her and she continues to push me and help me to improve. I've taken several agility competition classes and a speed and motivation class with my dog I'm currently competing with as well as Agility 1 & 2 with my older dog who can be very reactive. For the last 5 years I've been very reluctant to take a group class with him because I worried about how he'd react to other dogs. Thanks to Melissa's guidance and management of the class, I haven't had to worry one bit and I've been able to enjoy working with and training my dog in a group environment. It's been so rewarding to see him excel it what has previously been a very stressful environment for us. I'd recommend classes at WOOFS with Melissa to anyone considering dog sports with their pets or someone competing at the advanced level. She's great with everyone from beginners to experts! I give WOOFS 4 stars (instead of 5) not because of issues with their training or staff, but because of the facility. It's pretty small and cramped and can get a little dark and dim at night. With a little more light and space, I'd give them 5 stars! read more

Before I give my praise, let me say this: Not every owner or dog will get along wtih every trainer. When looking for a place to train, I feel that it is important to talk directly with the trainer, not the staff. If you aren't comfortable with the trainer's attitude, personality, posture, answers, whatever, don't train under them. If you aren't comfortable, your feelings will feed down the leash to your dog and will make your dog uncomfortable. How much do you really expect to learn if neither your dog nor you are comfortable. Also, please take the situation into consideration when you are talking to them. If they are agitated and abrupt, could they have a class waiting on them and the trainer is trying to break away from you so they can do their job? Think about these things and try to catch the trainer at a good time. Even call and set up a 10 minute time frame that they will be available. Okay, I'm off my soap box now... I now have my second dog in Agility class with Melissa. Melissa is a great trainer, very upbeat and happy to answer questions. I have a strong dog training background as I own my own obedience training company and have several years of K9 Search and Rescue under my belt. So positive reinforcement training is not new to me. There were times, were the training concepts could be explained a little better with some theory given rather then just assigning activities. But if someone asked questions, Melissa was quick to respond with a more thorough explaination. Melissa has a high pitched "happy voice" that I recognize as essential for this type of work. We want our dogs to get excited and a high pitch voice will help with that. Some people may be put off by it, but having a "party" for doing something well is very encouraging for a dog. Melissa and her assistant Allison are both great and I highly recommend them for the Agility classes. read more

I advise anyone who cares for their dog, not to take them to WOOFS!. As someone mentioned in a previous post, they do tether dogs to the wall, and they also use bitter apple to spray in the dogs mouth if they are barking too much. How does that solve anything? Yes, some of the employees are friendly, but most know very little about animal behavior and training. They throw kibble on the play floor which I understand to some extent, but it needs to be in moderation. The bottom line is beware of WOOFS! Do your homework, and you can and will find many other dog daycare and training facilities; ones that don't just say we are about positive reinforcement, but truly believe in it and practice it. If they are about dogs well being, why do so many leave ill? It seems to me the owner and staff are a lot of talk, and only about the money. read more

I started bringing my dog to Woof's over a year ago, we started with dog training and then began bringing him for bi-weekly/weekly day care and boarding. While the location was not the most beautiful, we really liked going to Woof's as our dog was very comfortable with the staff and we felt they knew us and our dog well enough to take good care of our puppy, especially when we needed to board him. We consistently brought out dog to daycare, to ensure he was comfortable with the facility and we could be altered of any issues prior to leaving him overnight. The staff NEVER mentioned any behavioral problems to us, beyond he was really hyper. I left our pup at Woof's (Shirtington campus) for a trip to California, upon touching down a received a message from the manager saying there was a situation and our dog was removed from the day care floor. The message provided little information and set me into a panic. I called immediately to find out what had happened, turns out our dog had growled at another dog and nipped at him. It was her assessment that the dog should no longer be allowed on the daycare floor. He also was kept in a "cell" for the next TWO days and unable to play in the dog daycare facility, as I felt helpless from across the country. When I pushed them for more information to understand why he wasn't allowed to return after being removed briefly the strong continued to grow and become exaggerated - stating undocumented facts and implying that my dog exhibited problems on numerous occasions, despite the fact that each visit he was given a good report. Anytime I asked for facts about this supposed incident I was given vague remarks and often times the information changed. I also found it odd, they did not call my fiance (who is also listed as an owner) but called my emergency contact to alert them of the problem, however upon receiving a panic-ed message, my emergency contact was told the dog was fine and there was no need to pick him up early. The way they handled this situation made it clear they are unable to handle normal situations, without causing more harm or problems. This concerns me as I wonder what else they were unable to handle or handled poorly when it came to our dogs care. I have since taken my dog to two other day cares, both told me my dog does not appear aggressive and is just a hyper pup who likes to jump around and play. This is not the level of care I would expect from a dog day care, especially one that knew my dog and myself well. Their inability to communicate issues, handle potential problems and work with me as an owner to find a solution we were all comfortable with was appalling. Clearly I will never return to use ANY of Woof's services, (as they have offered to host my dog after this incident, which i found odd if their facts were true about him being aggressive), however i will also be encouraging others to use one of the many other day care/boarding facilities in Arlington; most of which take far better care of the dogs and are able to handle the quantity of dogs they take on. If you want to take my advice, DO NOT USE Woof's. read more

The owner, Laura, is probably the most unprofessional and ignorant dog "trainer" that I have ever encountered in my 16 years of having dogs. She takes a few second 'snap shot' of a situation and feels she is an "expert" in your dogs personality. This is irresponsible and inappropriate for a dog "trainer" to make judgement calls so prematurely. I would NEVER allow my dog (who is all of 4 lbs) to be in her facility for fear she would assume his barking is aggressive and quarantine him by calling animal control!! read more

I wish I could give this more than one star, but had a very tough experience with the agility training. The lady who teaches it is fantastic, and has championships under her belt. The time for the classes is awful (think Friday evenings at 830, Tuesdays at 930 pm)... who has time to be up until 11 pm training the dog? The lottery system to get into level II is ridiculous. I had to wait several times to get in, and they sent me an email while I was away to confirm payment. I tried SEVERAL times to call, leaving them messages that I was definitely coming and as a last resort would pay when I got there. After several phone calls of me calling and no one answering or calling me back, I got through and they told me that they had given my slot away. I will NOT use them again for their poor customer service. There are plenty of other dog care places on the same road that will get my money, my service, and my wonderful dog instead. read more

We have been taking our dog Charley since he was 12 weeks to classes and then daycare so a little over 3 years of using Woofs. We use them for boarding as well. When we got our 2nd dog we also took him there as well. They have been wonderful with the classes, private training, boarding and daycare. Right before we got our 2nd dog my dad had to go to the emergency room. We didn't know how long he'd be in the hospital or what was going to happen. I dropped off Charley at Woofs for boarding without an appointment or anything. They took care of everything and I didn't have to worry about him and could take care of our family. That's just how they are. I can't list all the things they have done for our family and our 2 beloved dogs but Woofs holds a special place in my heart. They love our dogs as much as we do and that means so much. I feel the staff care. read more
