When we returned shortly after 10:00, security allowed us in and we sat at a table. Within minutes, a man named Santiago, who identified himself as a manager, told us we were not supposed to be there and said the bar was not open yet. Despite explaining that security had let us in, he continued to speak to us in a condescending and dismissive manner, making us feel as though we had done something wrong. The interaction was disrespectful and left us feeling unwelcome and insignificant. This was a very disappointing and unfortunate experience.
