We approached the main entrance just before 10:00 p.m. and were told it was too early, so we went back downstairs as instructed. When we returned shortly after 10:00, security allowed us in and we sat at a table. Within minutes, a man named Santiago, who identified himself as a manager, told us we were not supposed to be there and said the bar was not open yet. Despite explaining that security had let us in, he continued to speak to us in a condescending and dismissive manner, making us feel as though we had done something wrong. The interaction was disrespectful and left us feeling unwelcome and insignificant. This was a very disappointing and unfortunate experience.

Ramona was an amazing show hostess who was so witty on the mic, Ricky was a wonderful server who made sure our drinks were always full and Marcus arranged the logistics behind the scene to make it a totally unforgettable afternoon. All of the queens and the whole POP staff went so above and beyond, we couldn't be happier!

Highly recommend making this place a holiday stop. I'm also curious to stop in after the holidays to experience it without all the holiday decor.

There's more people let in at a time than there is seating, so you have to move fast to get a seat. I'll likely come back during the summer to try something else.
