Their farm store is filled with items produced in their facilities as well as other local artisans and producers, like Tiffs Tallow (I make sure to grab a jar every time I'm in town)! The main reason I'm writing this review is because they genuinely have the best beef jerky I've ever had. They have an amazing, value-friendly supply of grass fed beef that is to absolutely die for! They also offer tours if you wanted to check out the farm and the animals they have, like Highland Cows, chickens, pigs, and even the cutest little barn kitties. Their service is amazing and every time we've visited, we have been greeted by a member of the great, local family that runs this place.

And they have their own local beehive! They were also selling lemonade and limeade made with their local honey and it was delicious! Must try!

They have a U-pick section where you can go into their fields and pick your own vegetables. The prices are cheaper if you pick your own, and they have everything labeled so you know where to drive for what you want. In the fall they have the best pumpkins. Their prices are set, so you don't have to guess the pounds before hand and not know how much money you are going to spend. This year the pumpkins are $8 for a large. $6 for a medium and $4 for a small. They also sell flowers and bunches of sunflowers!

All the benefit of locally grown without having the pull weeds-now that's my kind of gardening! There was also a neat area with fall decor and some of the most interesting pumpkins and gourds that I've ever seen. Staff members were kind and informative, welcoming us to the garden and explaining how things work. I'm so glad that we made the impromptu visit.

There's something for everyone here, but our kids especially love it. Each season, the ranch adds new activities, and despite the growing crowds, it never feels too packed thanks to the wide-open space and plenty to do. Our kids make a beeline for the corn pits first thing--they could play there for hours! They're also big fans of the giant slide and obstacle course. As a dad, I have to say their burgers are top-notch--some of the best you'll find at any local event. Just don't wait until the end of the night like I did, or you'll be stuck in a long line. And whatever you do, don't skip the donuts! They come in cinnamon sugar and glazed, and while both are amazing, the glazed ones are my personal favorite. The hayride is always a relaxing highlight of the evening. If you plan to visit later in the day, make sure to dress warmly--it gets chilly fast once the sun goes down! It might even be nice if the ranch offered blankets for guests on those cold nights. One small suggestion for the staff: at the rock climbing wall, please make sure younger kids get assigned to the easier side. My 7-year-old was put on the harder one and only made it a few feet up, but she still had fun trying! Overall, Cross E Ranch continues to deliver an unforgettable fall experience. We look forward to it every year!

I was surprised to find there are no lights and it stays open after dark so maybe also bring a flashlight? Friends raved about the donuts, but they just weren't as apple-y as I was hoping. They fully enjoyed so I'm the odd one out here. There was a small $2 discount for coming in after 6:30pm. Then they also have a you pick pumpkin patch for free that I did not see. They are really weird about buying tickets, you CANNOT buy tickets from the idle employees sitting in the booth. I had to fill out a whole form and enter credit card info on my phone and then show them the barcode. This part seems especially odd and annoying.

The haunted maze is pretty good every year. They have introduced more food items which is cool. They do a tractor ride around the farm to show you the dairy farm, the corn fields, and explain some of their operations. Some people sensitive to animals may not like that part of it, but it is a dairy farm and those cows are raised to provide milk. I like this location but it can be hard to see the entrance from the road so keep an eye out for the turn signs. I like you post one price and get to do unlimited fun on certain things.

It is acres and acres of things to do. My favorite thing is how spacious it all was nothing felt crowded there were plenty of slides in all the areas to play on and go w your kids. From one play area to the next three kids didn't get bored. The pig races were so cute and the bubble station was interactive. I wish they checked on the Bubble Station a lithe more often to make sure it's filled up. The kids needed a bathroom break and luckily we weren't far from it. They were impeccably clean and didn't scare the kids with bad smells. I would go back again if it was more affordable and/or offered an option for just the courtyard. I really wanted to go back on a play date with my BFF but decided against it because the price. We didn't have a chance to go on the hay ride, it seems they had only one truck going so the wait was long. We didn't want to waste time, we knew the kids would have had more fun in the courtyard. Again, I wish there was a price for just the courtyard itself, but you're obligated to pay it combo.
