Their farm store is filled with items produced in their facilities as well as other local artisans and producers, like Tiffs Tallow (I make sure to grab a jar every time I'm in town)! The main reason I'm writing this review is because they genuinely have the best beef jerky I've ever had. They have an amazing, value-friendly supply of grass fed beef that is to absolutely die for! They also offer tours if you wanted to check out the farm and the animals they have, like Highland Cows, chickens, pigs, and even the cutest little barn kitties. Their service is amazing and every time we've visited, we have been greeted by a member of the great, local family that runs this place.

So they sell you a whole cow or they have some meats separate just for dinner and not the whole cow. The lady in the front was the sweetest kind person! Their meat was so delicious! We bought and grilled same night! We also tried their run that she recommended us and it was soo good! We also got to see the cows in the back. They have their own chickens and pigs also! And they have their own local beehive! They were also selling lemonade and limeade made with their local honey and it was delicious! Must try!

There's something for everyone here, but our kids especially love it. Each season, the ranch adds new activities, and despite the growing crowds, it never feels too packed thanks to the wide-open space and plenty to do. Our kids make a beeline for the corn pits first thing--they could play there for hours! They're also big fans of the giant slide and obstacle course. As a dad, I have to say their burgers are top-notch--some of the best you'll find at any local event. Just don't wait until the end of the night like I did, or you'll be stuck in a long line. And whatever you do, don't skip the donuts! They come in cinnamon sugar and glazed, and while both are amazing, the glazed ones are my personal favorite. The hayride is always a relaxing highlight of the evening. If you plan to visit later in the day, make sure to dress warmly--it gets chilly fast once the sun goes down! It might even be nice if the ranch offered blankets for guests on those cold nights. One small suggestion for the staff: at the rock climbing wall, please make sure younger kids get assigned to the easier side. My 7-year-old was put on the harder one and only made it a few feet up, but she still had fun trying! Overall, Cross E Ranch continues to deliver an unforgettable fall experience. We look forward to it every year!

It is acres and acres of things to do. My favorite thing is how spacious it all was nothing felt crowded there were plenty of slides in all the areas to play on and go w your kids. From one play area to the next three kids didn't get bored. The pig races were so cute and the bubble station was interactive. I wish they checked on the Bubble Station a lithe more often to make sure it's filled up. The kids needed a bathroom break and luckily we weren't far from it. They were impeccably clean and didn't scare the kids with bad smells. I would go back again if it was more affordable and/or offered an option for just the courtyard. I really wanted to go back on a play date with my BFF but decided against it because the price. We didn't have a chance to go on the hay ride, it seems they had only one truck going so the wait was long. We didn't want to waste time, we knew the kids would have had more fun in the courtyard. Again, I wish there was a price for just the courtyard itself, but you're obligated to pay it combo.

It was very organized, they had a great variety of pumpkins and they were priced well. Our kids chose 3 good size pumpkins and we only paid $13. We loved the little store! We bought some sourdough, cookies, donuts, a cinnamon roll, and garlic knots. The vanilla cronut was soft and had great texture and sweetness! The cinnamon crumble donut had great flavor, sweet and moist! We warmed up the pumpkin cinnamon roll when we got home and it was rich in flavor. You get a subtle pumpkin flavor, but it was so delectable. The sourdough garlic knots were soft on the inside and had a nice garlic flavor, we warmed it up when we got home and paired it with some marinara and it was amazing! Definitely recommend going! In addition to all the grocery goods indoors ranging from fresh fruits and vegetables to coffee, honeycomb, meats, cheeses, and pastas, they also have soaps, lotions, balms, and other household items that are cute and functional. The dried flowers hanging from the loft are quite charming. Everyone was friendly including the two shop cats There are two parking lots including a smaller parking lot right in front of the shop and a larger overflow lot in front of the goats and small ponies. Recommend wearing boots or sturdy shoes and walking a little away from the fence to avoid the errant droppings. Lots of cute swings and benches for relaxing or photo ops and a fun festive environment. Totally recommend this local gem!

When we got there, there had to be nearly 100 scattered around with a sizable line. We probably waited about 20 mins to get to the window and order. While we waited in line, I was really suprised to see that there were only 3 tables available for people to sit. I find this pretty wild with how many people were there and I was told this was a "slow" day. It was almost 95 degrees outside and we had our little kids with us, so sitting in the grass and roasting wasn't an option, all the spots on the edge of the cement pad in the shade were taken, and of course the 3 tables were taken. When we got our ice cream (we ordered the cherry, peach, and then the apple cider slush) we just had to find somewhere to stand awkwardly while we had to wait to pounce on and fight for a spot on the ground that would eventually open up. They have an indoor area, where it seems they sell the peaches and other fruit they produce by the box, but I didn't see one person in there trying to buy any, and even then there was most certainly still space in there for a few more tables in the shade. For a place that's so busy apparently, it seems they could take better care of their customers. All that said, back to the actual treats themselves. I personally had the cherry and would say it was just okay. The ice cream reminds me of the ice cream you would get at the Costco cafe, which isn't bad, but certainly not super exciting. The cherries were good, though I have no idea if they are cherries from their farm or from a cherry pie filling can at the store. I wish the cherries were more evenly mixed in the ice cream. There was about an inch of straight cherries in the bottom, and some on the top. Meaning the treat started nice, then I had to eat through a bunch of plain vanilla ice cream to be able to get to the rest of the good stuff. Once I did, the ice cream gets a lot better when you can mix the cherries and sauce around with it. I tried a few bites of my kids apple cider slush, and it's exactly what it sounds like. I found myself wishing I'd ordered one of these instead. I found it a lot more unique and refreshing than what I'd gotten.
