We came away with a ton of pumpkins for only $27. I don't have a porch (I live in a condo), but when I do, my porch will be overtaken by Mabey pumpkins. Next year we'll have a little 6 month old to take to the pumpkin patch, and you'd better believe I am pumped for those photo ops. For this year, it was a super fun date night. They have 14 acres of pumpkins of all shapes and sizes, with small ones pulled aside into big bins you can pick out of. Grab a barrel and walk around with it, because you'll end up with more than what you thought you wanted (I can't be the only one who thinks pumpkins are so cute!). My husband being the chatty person he is struck up a conversation with the owner, who is a fourth generation farmer. He was so friendly and kind, and it made me feel happy to support a local business. I highly recommend bringing some kind of gloves or protection for your hands. Pumpkin stems are prickly! I also don't recommend wearing your cute fashion boots since you sometimes need to walk into the patch to take a look at a pumpkin; they'll get dirty. Overall, a super fun date night or family night. It wasn't too crowded, and they had lots to choose from.

The kid who runs the train goes fast and makes it worth your money. The kids loved how bumpy it was! They also have duck racing, a corn pit, slides, games, Gaga ball and more. It's well worth the money. The only thing I would add would be that my 9 year old was really bored. Everything is geared for a younger group and it's small and he was having a rough time. They also only have porta-potty's. We love this farm though and I will be sad when my younger kids out grow it!

It's located about as far west as you can get in Farmington. Easy to find, ample parking, beautiful views of the mountains to the east. The area was mostly sprawling fields of pumpkins and we were provided with wagons to venture out into the landscape dotted with orange. Once our selections had been made, they offered a hay maze for kids, many other varieties of squash to purchase and a covered area for the cashiers and their animatronic storyteller, "Tumbleweed." Simplicity at it's best! It is a charming experience and even though you are paying more than the average price/lb for your pumpkin, all other activities are free. Make an afternoon of it and go make some old-timey memories with your loved ones.

It is acres and acres of things to do. My favorite thing is how spacious it all was nothing felt crowded there were plenty of slides in all the areas to play on and go w your kids. From one play area to the next three kids didn't get bored. The pig races were so cute and the bubble station was interactive. I wish they checked on the Bubble Station a lithe more often to make sure it's filled up. The kids needed a bathroom break and luckily we weren't far from it. They were impeccably clean and didn't scare the kids with bad smells. I would go back again if it was more affordable and/or offered an option for just the courtyard. I really wanted to go back on a play date with my BFF but decided against it because the price. We didn't have a chance to go on the hay ride, it seems they had only one truck going so the wait was long. We didn't want to waste time, we knew the kids would have had more fun in the courtyard. Again, I wish there was a price for just the courtyard itself, but you're obligated to pay it combo.

Threw away both burgers, God they were nasty!!! The grand kids had a blast!! Tons to do!! Love all of those things! I would defiantly recommend for fun, just not the food ewwww!!! Nasty stuff. Kinda wish i threw a fit and got my money back on the food. Can't stress enough, please do not eat the hamburgers.

There's something for everyone here, but our kids especially love it. Each season, the ranch adds new activities, and despite the growing crowds, it never feels too packed thanks to the wide-open space and plenty to do. Our kids make a beeline for the corn pits first thing--they could play there for hours! They're also big fans of the giant slide and obstacle course. As a dad, I have to say their burgers are top-notch--some of the best you'll find at any local event. Just don't wait until the end of the night like I did, or you'll be stuck in a long line. And whatever you do, don't skip the donuts! They come in cinnamon sugar and glazed, and while both are amazing, the glazed ones are my personal favorite. The hayride is always a relaxing highlight of the evening. If you plan to visit later in the day, make sure to dress warmly--it gets chilly fast once the sun goes down! It might even be nice if the ranch offered blankets for guests on those cold nights. One small suggestion for the staff: at the rock climbing wall, please make sure younger kids get assigned to the easier side. My 7-year-old was put on the harder one and only made it a few feet up, but she still had fun trying! Overall, Cross E Ranch continues to deliver an unforgettable fall experience. We look forward to it every year!

It was very organized, they had a great variety of pumpkins and they were priced well. Our kids chose 3 good size pumpkins and we only paid $13. We loved the little store! The cinnamon crumble donut had great flavor, sweet and moist! We warmed up the pumpkin cinnamon roll when we got home and it was rich in flavor. You get a subtle pumpkin flavor, but it was so delectable. The sourdough garlic knots were soft on the inside and had a nice garlic flavor, we warmed it up when we got home and paired it with some marinara and it was amazing! Definitely recommend going! The dried flowers hanging from the loft are quite charming. Everyone was friendly including the two shop cats There are two parking lots including a smaller parking lot right in front of the shop and a larger overflow lot in front of the goats and small ponies. Recommend wearing boots or sturdy shoes and walking a little away from the fence to avoid the errant droppings. Lots of cute swings and benches for relaxing or photo ops and a fun festive environment. Totally recommend this local gem!
