He provided some resources and even gave me some ideas on a harmonious color options for the new quartz countertops 5. This man deserves hopefully a lot of good karma. He certainly spent some time and insight that he did not have to do once he realized we were not the right fit. They sent me to pick and mark a slab at a time at Seattle when it wasn't normally done. To make matters worse, the woman with authority in Seattle, white lady with curly hair, is a nightmare. She accused me of lying when I showed up, rather than checking around with her coworkers. When it was verified I was supposed to come, she was still condescending and never apologized. Their team I was supposed to pick with didn't speak English so asking questions was difficult because I was told I could designate where the slab is cut, which is customary, and I could mark my own center line with tape. I was not ever able to do so. He said no I had to be present at installation. In the store, they said because the installer wasn't there, I personally had to meet the installer for custom cutting. The woman accused me of lying when I told her my contractor was meeting the installer. I had to call my contractor. She accused him of lying even because of the sales error. she did not ever attempt customer service or to resolve their own issues. they did not let me mark a center line with tape for some reason. I had to send a video and hope i get what i want. Complete waste of picking a custom slab for custom cutting because they refused to understand i was marking my marks to direct the contractor more specifically than a general photo. I had scheduled to have them come a morning i would be at the dentist because the sales told me weeks prior you select slab the day before. I would have sat with no sink for over a week to reschedule over this. The woman in Seattle tried to turn me away for no reason and made every step an argument. I had to call my contractor to resolve it. She never apologized for the sales scheduling error and blamed me personally for following their directions, she was condescending, she accused me of lying, she blatantly lied several times and refused to complete the job until i called my contractor. she tried at every step to make a very simple task very difficult and she tried to punish me for the sales person error by being utterly horrible. zero customer service, only condescending authoritarian attitude. there is no coordination, they lie, you have to show them their own emails for corrections, they make everything difficult, and they have horrible attitudes. if you want to buy from any showroom around seattle, visit the warehouse store first before you decide. its cheaper because it isn't worth the hassle. cut rate shop run by crooks. they will throw off your entire timeline by miscommunication and disorganization and then sneer in your face and call you a liar. never even attempt to correct their own errors. absolute dirt bag woman at the front counter in seattle, disorganized stock, poor sales. just don't do it.

They did one nice thing after the first time I was forgotten they let me stop by at 7pm to pick out cabenetry. I was given a rough quote of 33k for my kitchen remodel that does not include flooring or backsplash. So after forking out $33k I still wouldn't have a finished kitchen. I will be moving on to another contractor. Be very careful using this company.

Here are just a few of the highlights starting with the process in May: 1) Original person who took measurements emailed us and warned not to use this company (should of listened). 2) Day of install, the installer showed up with no blueprints. 3) Day of install we had 2 incorrect cabinets and one not ordered at all (which we were blamed for). Anthony (owner), claimed it was our fault but would not produce the original plans. 4) Island was done incorrectly. Overhang (Zero) was incorrect. Island was installed crooked. Anthony claimed this was normal and refused to correct. His response was "we do the best to make it even." 5) On the day of the final walkthrough we showed Anthony 1 cracked drawer and 2 discolored cabinet doors and he claimed he would replace them. That was in August of 2017. After 3 months of us emailing/calling Anthony and him making multiple excuses , we came home to boxes on our doorstep containing 2 cracked doors, one wrong size door, and no drawer. Apparently it is our job to finish the installation. No doubt Anthony will write a response putting us down and claiming his innocence. He will claim that we are dishonest and that we got exactly what we asked for. All I can say is please do your research before using this company.

The sink on the downstairs kitchen that they installed started to leak. We thought it was the pipe upon further inspection we saw it was the actual sink ( stainless steel), it seems while installing it they cracked it and instead of getting a new sink that I paid for, the workers patched it. It is so stuck that instead of being able to unhook and release it, we tried to dissolve glue with everything we could find, now unfortunately, we are going to have to break the stone to be able to change out the sink. So there will be an expense that I shouldn't have to bear. As I said it took awhile but the glue finally gave. I will never give them my business nor will I recommend them. Shoddy work.

Jesse and his team went above expectations and took care of not only the tree clean up but swept up the surrounding area as well. Our property looks much better after Jesse's attention to detail. Like most major renovations, there were a few hiccups along the way and Rob handled them superbly. In addition, Rob stuck to his estimate even though he probably could've justified including some additional charges due to a couple of unforeseen issues. They require you to do this over the phone even if there is zero reason to do so. They had all necessary information to provide estimate for me but they just wasted my and their time.
