It was not a standard lock anyone could get into at all. Anyway, it was late in the day, but they were able to reach I believe it was Matt. This was appreciated because it was 29° out and I had just arrived home from vacation. John assessed the options, and got me inside very quickly through a back door without a smart key. Although he did have to drill out the cylinder in the deadbolt, he was able to replace it & rekey it on the spot. I'm comparison, when I called the only locksmith open at 7:00 am when I arrived home, he showed up with a crow bar and his solution was to break the door frame then drill out the smart key and replace it with deadbolt. John was worth waiting for! Not only did he respond quickly, resolve the issue quickly, he did the entire job at a very reasonable price without damaging any doors or their frames.
