I highly recommend ASAP. We needed to change the locks for all of our doors. It wasn't an emergency, but ASAP treated our request with urgency. They were communicative and timely. Jon was so accommodating with my schedule since i had my kids that day. He went out of his way to pickup a new doorknob and electronic lock for me at the store. I was in a pickle, showing my house with a front door lock that was busted and another front door lock that required a lost key. After work, 7pm, I park my car and head to my apartment to let the dog out...& drop my keys down the SEWER! Omg! I had no idea who to call! So embarrassed to say I locked my keys in my car hanging in the ignition when I jumped out of my car at the bank. I felt pretty panicked and then remembered these guys' name! I had a great experience! I was able to get my locks rekeyed after moving in, and they were also able to special order some padlocks that would use the same key as the house. Very friendly and quick service, and kept up great communication while I was waiting for the locks to come. read more
