Brian answered the phone when we called (not through a call service) he can with 45 minutes and was able to get us into our car, our car was having issues with the chip system and we couldn't get into it with our key. he made us a new key and diagnosed our problem which will need to be fixed by our car dealership. He was polite, friendly, and professional. when we called he even tried to help us troubleshoot the problem in case it was an easy fix so that we wouldn't need pay him to come if it was something we could fix easily ourselves. If it all goes as planned, he will deserve a very good review. If he doesn't show up or does a bad job, then the stars start falling. No need for falling stars for After Hours! He showed up on time, did the work, (which required that a key be shaved thinner before it would work), checked it out after to make sure it was all good. Came home from vacation to an old dead key fob and dead car battery. I lost my emergency key months ago so I called Bryan and he responded quickly and came to home in Durham, NC and helped me out. He opened my car door and also gave me a jumpstart! He got my car up and running and gave me a new emergency key and new key fob. I didn't even know my car had remote start! New Key FOB F-150 Bryan came to my house on time with a new FOB/with key. He cut the new key then programed the new unit. I showed him the one I was using that the open button was defective. He said let me check if i have another for you vehicle. He had the part and made me a deal for another fob. He then checked to make sure all programing was valid and both keys worked.
